Hom Smart techs were some of the best I've ever seen. The install of my new walk in tub was fantastic! I'd recommend this company to anyone who has this type of project. Truly professional all the way.

Had a grate shower this morning! We are so happy with our new shower. The SEAT is amazing. We can wash our legs and feet sitting down. The installers were great. They put drop clothes all over the place. They cleaned up after they were done every day. One of the installers (Scott) even came on a Saturday to finish up and didn't leave until we were happy. He explained everything. Thank you Home Smart and especially Scott L & Paul R H, New Jersey.

I got a Koehler walk in tub from Home Smart Bathroom Remodeling in February . But, these guys took forever to install it, only got it done in August . I called them multiple times, but had to deal with a rude and disrespectful representative, who I'll call clown #1. He did take $750 off the price, but that doesn't excuse his behavior. After installation, the tub drain had a problem and wouldn't stay open. I called Home Smart and spoke with Mr. Carter, but he was no help at all and just gave me the runaround. So, I called Koehler and they scheduled an appointment with Ace Appliance Repair. If you're thinking of getting a Koehler tub, I suggest you avoid Home Smart Bathroom Remodeling.

I had a great experience with Home Smart Bathroom Remodeling. Ed M did a good job with the estimate and explaining the benefits of the Kohler Walk-In Bath. Henry B and Enan P were also great during installation and orientation. They even had documentation on COVID-19 sanitization standards. They worked hard and finished everything in one day. They also gave me a rundown on how to use and take care of my new tub. It was a very professional job and they had everything they needed on the truck. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Home Smart is not a good choice for bathroom remodeling. They said it would only take 3 days to install a Kohler walk-in tub, new floor, toilet, vanity, and medicine cabinet, but it ended up taking 12 days and they didn't even have all the flooring they needed for our 5 x 10 bathroom. They knew they didn't have it before they started, but they didn't tell us until 5 days in. The installers were nice, but they didn't show up until after 9 am and left by 4 pm most days. They probably did this to make the job last longer since they knew we were unhappy. To make matters worse, the tub leaked after only one use and we had to use a bucket to catch the water downstairs. I don't understand how the ComplaintsBoard.com can give them an A+ rating when they mislead consumers like this.

Don't waste your time with Home Smart Bathroom Remodeling! They're a total scam. We gave them a big chunk of change six months ago and they haven't even started the work yet. We've been trying to get in touch with them, but they just ignore us. They won't even give us our $8,000 deposit back. They made us sign a contract and take a big deposit, but they haven't done anything they said they would. The contract said they'd start in 12-16 weeks, but it's been 26 weeks now. When we asked for a refund, the president of the company, Mark Kenyon, said no way. He said we signed a contract, but they haven't held up their end of the bargain. He didn't even say sorry! It's obvious they've done this before and will do it again. This is the worst company ever. I've never felt so ripped off in my life. I had to write this review to warn others. Don't trust their 4.2 star rating on this site - it's fake. Check out Yelp for the real reviews. They only have 2.0 stars there, which is more accurate.

Home Smart Bathroom Remodeling did a job on my bathroom and it was not the best
Home Smart Bathroom Remodeling did a job on my bathroom and it was not the best. They changed my tub to a walk in shower and put in a new floor. The shower corners have gaps and the shower doors were not put in right, so water comes out onto the floor. The shower handle is crooked and the spackling job was not good and had to be done again. The safety bar was loose and the flooring was cheap vinyl tiles that were stuck on top of the old floor.

They said they would install it in October , but when I called in November, they said the parts were on back order. I called again in January 2022 and got the same answer. I asked for a refund, but they keep giving me the runaround. I talked to Teresa M, the Finance Manager, but she keeps saying it's escalated with Management. My wife is handicapped and lost her income health service because of this tub. We don't have the tub and we're out $6,000. We filed a complaint with ***. We just want our money back. Any help would be appreciated.

During the 8 month period, I tried to adjust to my bathing challenge, but I gave up waiting for the tub. I tried several solutions, and I even thought about moving from my current place. Since then, I had to reorganize my life around COVID, and I had to take care of my 94-year-old mom. All of this happened within a year, and I realized that I don't need the tub after such a long wait. I paid them 6K in advance, and they are debating whether to return my money. Please help me. I tried calling and emailing them, but all I got was a generic response that didn't address my concerns. I don't think they can deliver on their lifetime guarantee or even provide the product at all. I cancelled my order and asked for a full refund, but they said it's up to *** Home Improvement, a company I've never heard of based in Florida. They offered to refund half of my deposit if I buy from them again, but I'm not interested. Home Smart and *** Home Improvement don't care about customer service.

Home Smart Ind was supposed to put a fancy walk-tub in our crib on 8/12. My old lady needed it to help with her pain and rehab, as recommended by her doc. Home Smart took forever to install it, blaming COVID for the delay. They sent us letters about the delay, the last one being on 11/3. My wife called them a bunch of times because her health was getting worse, but they were acting like jerks. We hired someone else on 12/9 and had a cool walk-in tub installed on 12/29. When my wife called Home Smart to cancel, they said they could come out soon. But they never contacted us again about our refund, service delays or installation. We never got our $6000 deposit back. My wife passed away on 2/21. After that, my step daughter called Home Smart for me, asking for my refund. They told her to leave a message for the billing department, but they never called back. When she called again, they said they needed a letter of cancellation by email or mail. They also asked for a copy of my wife's death certificate. She emailed them with the cancellation request and the death certificate. She called a couple of times to check on my refund progress. Finally, when she called on 3/23, they said they would mail me a letter. The letter dated 3/24 said they would only refund $151.50 if I still wanted to cancel. It said I would have only received a full refund within 3 days of signing the contract on 8/12. The letter said COVID was covered under "Force Majeure" in the contract. They also said I needed to contact the office if I still wanted to cancel and request cancellation documents.
