I ordered the Belinda Set (bra, 2 sets of underwear, garter and stockings) during their sale on 7/2/22. It was delivered on 7/8/22, but the bra was too small, so I initiated an exchange. I returned the bra on 7/11/22, which was received by the company. Now, after more than 15 business days, despite multiple emails and reaching out on social media, I have no update on my exchange. Attempts to contact them via phone and email have been unsuccessful. I am still awaiting my exchange since the return was made over 15 business days ago.

I purchased an item for $106.00 on December 24, 2021. It arrived on December 31st and did not meet my expectations so I placed the item in the mail for a return on January 7th. The shipping tracking number shows that the item arrived at the merchant's warehouse on January 13th. (return tracking number ***). In two days it will be a month since they've been in receipt of my item and have failed to issue a return. The return email stated a refund would be issued within 10 - 15 business days. We are past that point. They have failed to respond to a single email that I have sent regarding the status of my return.

Honey Birdette offered a 50% off sale for cyber Monday. This is great deal considering their sets are normally 300+. I was able to purchase two sets for the price of one. However, when my products arrived they smelled of of fish and chemicals and were clearly a much larger size despite being labeled "small". I requested a refund since I could not tolerate the unpleasant smell of the garments and they were clearly larger sizes mislabeled as smalls. Honey Birdette refuses to refund and says their policy is that sale items can only be exchanged or credited. The problem is my sizes are not available and the quality of the product is not acceptable due to the overwhelming fish smell. Attached are photographs comparing *** to the "smalls" sent by Honey Birdette. As you can see, the Honey Birdette items are 4 inches larger. Meaning that these are most likely XL relabeled as smalls to trick the consumer. These sale items were mislabeled by honey Birdette so that the customer would have to return the 50% off items and use forced credit on full price items. This is fraudulent and illegal.

Once I tried penties on, it became apparent, some don't fit, I thought ok, too much pasta, but then I measured those, and they were 2" smaller, than website suggested so I brought the items back to the shop, since they were faulty (missized). Salesperson (new person, I have not seen in the shop before) refused to accept the items, saying that I don't have a receipt, I requested the salesperson to pull my receipt from the system, since previous sales person told me, if I am in the system I don't need to keep a receipt, I came home and checked my receipt (I kept a bag with all the items and receipts in it), the receipt indeed shows that I signed an agreement " HB will exchange, credit or refund your LINGERIE goodies within 45 days, if swing tags are attached and the item has not been worn... ...We do not offer refunds on sale items unless faulty. Below is a receipt, and a size guide of the company, penties measure to 34" fully stretched, and size chart says Medium should fit a person 37.5-39.5

12/20/2021 I placed & paid for a bra with Honey Birdette. It was my 1st ever order with them and I did not know their sizing chart was inaccurate and the bra would be too small. This was order #XXXXXX It arrived *** To compare sizing, I ordered & paid for the next size up on *** This order # is XXXXXX. The bra is *** plus tax. On *** the Honey Birdette Valencia facility accepted the bra return via their UPS shipping I used. I waited. No confirmation was ever sent to me by them. On January 25th, 2022 I emailed them citing their acceptance per my tracking records and asking when I could expect my money back in my account. Finally they answered on January 31st, 2022. They said it was not showing in the system and therefore hadn't been processed and I should wait a full 15 business days from the package arriving in Valencia. Today (2/9/22) was officially 15 business days. Still NO email confirmation from them of my return. Still NO money returned. They now have their bra back AND the money for it. I WANT MY MONEY RETURNED TO ME. I REFUSE TO EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN and I will continue to spread the word on social media about their poor customer relations and the treatment any potential customer should expect to receive. I placed an online order with Honey Birdette. I paid for the order and the amount was debited from my checking account on December 1, 2021. Delivery estimate was 2-5 business days. On December 10, 2021, I was notified that the order had shipped. As of today, it has not shipped. I contacted Honey Birdette about delays. They said the order has been waiting for pickup since December 10, 2021. It's now December 14, 2021. They couldn't explain the pickup delay and wouldn't expedite shipping. The order was a birthday gift and will be late. I don't want a refund, just shipment as promised. In a chat, I asked for an estimated shipping date. I was told it's waiting for carrier pickup and will update upon pickup. The warehouse is closed on weekends. I asked to upgrade to expedited shipping due to the delay, but was told it's not possible. Chat started on 15 Dec 2021.
