My insurance cards are in the mail because I just enrolled for new benefits and got this. The cards are not here yet, and I need to pick up a prescription which is $130 by itself. With insurance it’s only $25. I can apparently get a digital copy if I just register as a member. I can only register if someone from the company sends me an email to register. Except the register and log in links don’t work, and NO ONE can email me a copy of my insurance cards. But they can tell me to go on or call simplescriptsrx to get it cheaper but it’s the wrong dosage and i don’t even know if it’s the right medication. I understand trying to simplify things for easier access but if you completely remove the ability for your employees to help, you’ve literally left me no option but pay a ton of money for the right one or wait and not take my medication. Sincerely, if someone can email me a link that’ll register me to an account with all my info why cannot they have access to my account to pull my ID cards and email them?
Desired outcome: A digital copy of my ID cards emailed to me instead of having to wait for you to figure out how I can register
