I'm not sure what the point of scheduling an appointment is? When they wait to cancel until the day of! Claiming that their corporate office was closing the facility... What kind of corporate office closes their facility without proper notification! Now I had to rearrange all of my other appointments today, just because there was Zero notice! And then made me find a new location! People work! And cant just reschedule at the drop of a hat...This is the last time I will be going through Nationwide Vision, and I understand now why their business rating is so low...

My new Glasses were returned to the Lab on Feb 9, 2021, at my request, due to problems I was having with the 'progressive lens' prescription
My new Glasses were returned to the Lab on Feb 9, 2021, at my request, due to problems I was having with the 'progressive lens' prescription. Taylor told me on Monday February 22, two weeks later, after being told by Judy that it would take about a week, that my glasses might not be ready this week at all due to a problem with back orders at the Lab but maybe? my glasses might be ready by the end of the week? nearly three weeks after my glasses were sent to the Lab for correction with the progressive lens. I found this long delay unsatisfactory in my receiving my new glasses from the Gilbert AZ Store on Williams Field Road on Monday, September 22, that I got a full refund from Judy. Everyone at the store, Bria, Judy, and Taylor, were very friendly and helpful at the store but they said this long delay in receiving my new Glasses back from their Lab with a corrected lens was something they very unfortunately had no control over and could not tell when I would receive my new glasses. They could only guess when I might be receiving them.

This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had with Nationwide. They are completely unprofessional and lost with the process. In the "waiting area" you can hear the employees talking about how sexy customers and other store workers are and then they question if you've picked out your frames when they told you to sit down and wait. Sarah is completely unprofessional and should not be working in a customer service position. They couldn't figure out how to properly bill with my insurance (***) and later on told me to call them and see if she did it right, which she didn't which has just charged me more as the customer. When I got that follow up call she said "well call me back when you're done and figure it out. Isn't that your job? They had no plan on fixing the mistake or even trying. Now here I am two weeks out with no call from them, no contacts, no glasses. While I was waiting my two hours there was another lady in there waiting where Sarah told her to sit and wait and after 30 minutes Sarah asked the lady why she hadn't found any frames yet (because Sarah told her to sit there and wait) and asked her to hurry because they were going to close soon. They also couldn't get their other machine to work to have a guys glasses be fitted when picking up. This office is an absolute joke. For you guys to be paid by my insurance AND $300 from me and this be your service.. ridiculous.
