Hot Spot Tanning Salon review: Refund my money for the paid sessions that I am not allowed to use.

I have been going to this tan salon for a few years. I went in today 4/19,2022 approximately 3:50 pm to tan for the first time this year and was told that my sessions had expired. I paid $50.00 March 16, 2021 for 12 sessions and only used 1, the same situation happened 2020 to 2021, I tanned and purchased more sessions, there was no problem. There is nothing posted, nothing on the signed agreement, and no one has ever said that the sessions expire. Asked if this was a new policy, no one could answer the question.

I was given the owner Lynn's phone number and I called, she said I should go elsewhere, they would not refund or allow me to tan for what I had already paid for. They still have my open card on file with proof of payment, what I purchased and that I had only used 1 session on 3/16/21, the girl at the desk showed it to me.
