On March 3 I booked a room in West Salem Wi. I selected to pay at the hotel. I did not get a reservation confirmation. On March 23 or 24 I called to make sure my reservation had was still had not gotten any itenersry. So I called and there was no reservation ( after I called the first time. So I booked it again only this time I prepaid for it using my Venmo cards ending in 3968. Mastercard. The total was 364.72. When I arrived to the hotel on May 23 they told me I had not paid. I paid again only this time I used a different card 2140 in the amount 272.28 which was much lower because I had booked early on March 3. I tried to the manager and he repeated told me I had to call Expedia I should never had to pay for the March 23 call. I again called Expedia to check on this. Expedia was not used on the the 364.72. I called the motel again today May 27. And after I explained this to the manager. I told him Expedia was not used for the March 23 call. He told me to “go to hell”. No refund. Please help
