Good afternoon,

I would like to file a complaint against Hotel Planner.com located at 205 Datura Street 10 floor West Palm Beach Fl. 33401.

I was scheduled to stay at the Tropicana Hotel / Casino in Atlantic City, NJ on December 13 thru the 17 of 2021, due to an unforeseen situation (my daughter had to have brain surgery on the 10th of December 2021), I had to cancel. They explained to me, they could not give me a refund, but they could issue me a voucher of $247.72 which I agreed. The voucher is good for 2 years.

Friday, June 24, 2022, I tried to use the voucher on their website, and it stated the voucher is no good. I called them that same day and I was told by one of the representatives that I will receive a new voucher in 48hrs which would have been Sunday, June 26, 2022, I received nothing. I called them back on Monday, June 27, 2022, I spoke with Anne one of the reps, who said, "a manager will call me within the next 2 hours" which never happen. I have been calling them every day and getting the same response "a manager will call me," and no one has called me yet. I believe I have been given the run around. I greatly appreciate it if you can look into this matter and resolve it for me. Thank you in advance.

On my Visa bill I was charged a total $335.84 from the EconoLodge in Marquette, Michigan. The date was shown as June 16, 2023. I did not reserve or stay at this hotel on the date indicated.
