POOR customer by supervisors and representatives not knowing what discounts are avaiamnd the repr
Numerous calls made to speak with a super visor for a refund or credit asked them to return my call since December 12 with no success was told they did not take discounts even though right on teirnown website it states AAA etc..is able to be accepted not only the discount from the organization we was going with, this week at the hotel I requested several times a refund or credit with no,return calls or emails. Stating you was with the hotel and that there were no discounts you accepte

HotelPlanner.com is very dishonest about the room type listing
I made booking with room type of Standard Room, King or Two Doubles in Quality Inn Centre Ville montreal via HotelPlanner.com, checked in for 27th january 2023, checkout 28th January 2023. On Nov 15, 2023, I had gone through Hotel Planner to reserve a room for one night at the Hotel Thesis aka Holiday Inn Express, in Coral Gables, Fl. To check in Dec 17th and out the 18th. They charged me $264.17, which I paid. When I got to the hotel on the 17th, they said they never received those funds. When I checked out the 18th, the hotel charged me $221.40, which I paid. I want to be refunded the $264.17. I have spoken to Hotel Planner 3 times regarding this and even the hotel told them they didn’t receive the monies. Any help would be appreciated. I have booked a reservation for a two bedroom, 2 queen suite for the upcoming date of September 28 checking and checking out October 1. I have spoken with several reps. I have an open ticket in steel after requesting to speak with a supervisor or manager. No one is willing to help me resolve my issue. The problem is that I booked for a two bedroom 2 queen suite paid for upfront nonrefundable just to call the hotel (Sonesta) in which I am due to stay at has my reservation set for a single room. I have printed out my itinerary, my reservation and took photos of the online booking so I’m unsure of why I’m being told my reservation if for 1 single room and must pay more money to change it. I know this is illegal.
Desired outcome: I would like my room to match my booked reservation for what it says I purchased (1 room 3 nights 2 bedroom suite 2 queen beds)
Amsterdam booking was made in USD by the customer service rep when I was trying to book in CAD because I am a CF1 member!

On the 17th June 2017, I was due to check-in to the queen's head Inn , Evesham, booking reference H6686390.
When I arrived at the hotel, it was locked with no one present. I could not get through to the hotel on the phone, so phoned custom services who also could not get through to the hotel. After spending 1 hour at the property I had to leave to attend a wedding. In the days following the incident I had to actively phone up multiple times to find out what was happening with the issue.
I was eventually offered site credit, which I have rejected as I would like a refund due to the inconvenience.
Desired outcome: I would like a full refund due to the inconvenience and the fa t that I have been missold a hotel room booking that I could not use.
