I made reservations 60 days in advance through I thought Hilton. When plans changed, I decided to cancel. I called Hilton... they said they were through Expedia. What? No... then I looked at my email. It said HotelsOne. Never heard of you. I tried to cancel Expedia. They had no idea of this reservation. What? So, I called my American Express and filed a dispute. That wonderful, legitimate company reimbursed and canceled. I tried 3 days to find this reservation number through 3 different companies. None had the information, but you sure took my money. I write this to have your company send to me an actual cancellation from YOUR company. For my records. If you do this honorable act, I do thank you in advance.
