Absolute terrible company. I have never owned a house in that specific location, have not lived there for 15 years, yet they contact me wondering if I want to sell my home. Further, I know my number is on some list which gets bought by various companies, all targeting me as still living in that specific location. I'm assuming they bought this list, and in doing so, question their business model.

House Buyers USA LLC made an offer to buy my house. They later tried to back out on their offer after we both signed a contract. REF: $67,000 $59,000. After tying me up for weeks, hindering me from selling to prospective buyers, the contract expired. They refused to give me the promised money of $500. Sincerely, [Your Name] [Your Last Name]
