The run around company
They are the worst to deal with. I started working with them, originally POPSHOWROOM back in 2020 on custom manufacturing clothing. We did a number of samples and was finally coming close to getting the product down so we can start bulk ordering. Towards the end of this the person I was in contact with introduced me to their new POD service HUGEPOD. I thought it was great because I had another clothing business I was working on that just needed print on demand services and not custom cut and sew. I did try them out and liked what I got, but as usual with POD companies, quality comes at a cost when you put quantity first. I tried teespring and printify and printful for ANOTHER business and you really need to be careful with how you wash, what detergent you use, how you dry, etc etc.
Back to POPSHOWROOM. So towards the end of figuring out the product, I ordered 3 samples. $200 each. Because I wanted to try out three different variations so I can pick the most sucessful and we move forward with that. Life started to get hectic with me going back to school, working full time, and a business (another lol) taking off with process and revenue. I put POPSHOWROOM on hold. Come 2022 (I was still talking to them for this long, My most recent sample from them was delivered beginning of 2022) I told them in September on whatsapp that I'm still with them and wanting to move forward. Life is just hectic but will reach out soon. Come 2023 is when I started to pull out my hair with them
They completely disbanded POPSHOWROOM. I had no idea, they didn't send any emails or messages about how I was supposed to continue my $600 with them. I reached out to them in April/May to resume my order and I had to contact HUGEPOD because the people on whatsapp weren't responding. ALL I got was the runaround from them. They couldn't find my order because the idiot customer service people were looking under HUGEPOD files instead of POPSHOWROOM. I eventually gave up and tried again the beginning of December 2023. I had to teach them that they were looking under the wrong business name and then they did find my order.
These bafoons kept asking me if I wanted to start bulk order and I had to tell them 100x that I DID NOT FINISH THE SAMPLE AS IT WAS NEVER STARTED (The $600 order). Then they kept telling me they were reaching out to some department. After 2 days I follow up. They would go 'we reached out to a department and found that you have samples made, do you want to start bulk order?' OMFFFFFFGGGGGGGGGG I had to keep telling these incompetent customer service reps to put me in contact with a project manager or manager in general to get my order going. There response 'we reached out to a department and found that you have samples made, do you want to start bulk order?'... Then they started to 'not' receive my emails. Thy would follow up a day later and say that since they haven't heard back from me that would be closing the matter. Although I've been following up with them... WTH
HUGEPOD/POPSHOWROOM has to be THE WORST [censored]ing experience I've ever come across. They know what they are doing. I am asking clear questions. They just playing with me.

Rough Experience with HugePOD: Broken Items and Poor Customer Service
I ain't gonna lie, I had a pretty rough experience with HugePOD. I decided to drop four C-notes on some items, and lo and behold, half of them were straight up broken or messed up when they arrived. And don't even get me started on the customer service. Ain't nobody pickin' up the phone over there - just some dang robot talkin' in my ear.
So I try to get some help, right? Maybe they'll give me a refund or send some new stuff or something. But nope. The best they could do was give me a measly five percent back. Like, what kinda trash is that?
Anyway, long story short, if you're thinking about ordering from HugePOD, ya might wanna think twice. Unless you like throwing your money down the drain, that is.
Disappointed with HugePOD's Shipping and Customer Service
I gots ta admit, I'm a little bit bummed out about ma latest experience with HugePOD. I was hella excited when I ordered my two jackets way back in Nov 2022. But man, it's been a hot minute y'all and I still haven't received my order yet. I mean, I knows shipping can take a minute, but dang! I'm gettin' nervous that maybe my jackets got lost or somethin'.
To be fair, I did reach out to them about my order number, ***, but I still haven't heard back from them yet. I'm tryna stay patient, but it's gettin' real tough y'all. I just wanna rock my new jackets ya know what I mean?
Overall, I'm a lil salty about ma experience with HugePOD so far, but I'm hopin' they come through in the end. Fingers crossed they sort out ma issue soon!

So, I thought I would give HugePOD a try and ordered 3 shirts on January 4th. It's been 24 days and my order is still sitting in processing mode. Frustrating! I was really excited because this was my first purchase from them and I was hoping for a great experience. Sadly, that's not the case so far.
Something else that bothers me about HugePOD is that apparently everyone has access to the designs you upload. That's a bit concerning. I mean, what's the point of having custom designs if anyone can take them?
All in all, I would say steer clear of this company. I'm really disappointed in my experience so far.

Impressive Jackets from HugePOD, but Concerns about Communication
Yo, so I was checking out HugePOD (hugepod.com) and gotta say, I was pretty impressed. I ordered a couple of jackets (you know I gotta stay fresh) and lemme tell you, they did not disappoint. The shipping was quick and the jackets were legit.

Lackluster Quality and Refusal to Refund: My Experience with HugePOD
Me and my buds thought we'd check out HugePOD 'cause we're always down for some fresh new threads. I ended up snaggin' two tees that were advertised to be made of 100% cotton. But when they arrived, I gotta say, I wasn't impressed. They had this weird, slick feel to 'em that was almost clammy to the touch. Didn't feel like cotton at all, more like some kinda low-rent polyester. Not only that, but the designs on the tees were an absolute mess. I don't know how they could claim these things were high-quality, 'cause the cuts were super uneven and the prints were just sad.
So, of course, I hit 'em up to ask for a refund. But they shot me down fast, like, "Sorry, dude, no dice." And now I'm out $34 bones, with two tees that I wouldn't wear to wash my car. I don't know if I'd trust HugePOD again after this bum experience. Livin' and learnin', I guess.
never use this company, sent my product to "wrong address" I think even tracking number is fake DHL is working together with this. people don't use this [censored] of the company !
