Exceptional Quality and Service: A Comprehensive Review of OnePlus Products and Store Experience
All the products of OnePlus are good. Phone, earphone, watch, and everything is good. OnePlus service is also good. You can visit the store and get good hospitality.
Impressive Performance and Value, but Size Could Be a Factor
I gotta say, I'm pretty darn confident in this phone. I've been rockin' it for almost a whole year now, and let me tell ya, it's still goin' strong without a hitch. It's lightning fast, charges up real quick, and never gets all frozen up on me. It's a real nice piece of tech, I tell ya. It's got all the bells and whistles you could ever dream of, especially considerin' the price you pay.
Now, I gotta admit, I wouldn't mind seein' these specs on a smaller phone. But hey, I reckon the current trends ain't headin' in that direction right now.
Long-lasting and reliable: A review of OnePlus phones and their exceptional durability
We've bought 4 phones from OnePlus over the years and we've been real happy with all of 'em. The OnePlus One from 2014 still works like a charm and I just upgraded it to the OnePlus 5 for more space. We also got the OnePlus 2 and OnePlus X being used in the fam. You can't find a better deal for the specs and the sturdy build of these phones. I dunno how many times I've dropped the OnePlus One and it still looks shiny and new.
Disappointed with OnePlus: Wrong Product Sent and Unhelpful Customer Service
So, I thought I was getting the OnePlus 8T, but they sent me the regular OnePlus 8 instead. I called them on the 27th, and they basically said, "Too bad, you're two days late. We only give you 15 days." I thought this was a good company, but now I won't be buying anything from them again. I work for an airline, and I didn't get home until the 23rd. The phone had arrived on the 10th, which was already late considering I ordered it on November 25th. I thought they would understand my situation and help me out, but nope. Merry Christmas to me, right? It's just so sad to see such bad customer service reps who don't care.
Nightmare Customer Service Experience with OnePlus: Beware of Their Shady Practices
I had a really bad experience with OnePlus. Let me tell you, their customer service is just terrible. I've been trying to get in touch with them for the past three weeks, and let me tell you, it's been a nightmare. I've reached out to them more than 18 times, and every single time, they just lie to me.
I've asked for so many things, like the submitted MPS form, but they just ignore my requests. It's like they don't even care about their customers. I even went as far as reporting them to the police and filing a police report. That's how serious this situation is.
But you know what? These guys are nothing but scammers. They take your money and never deliver the product. And if you try to get your money back, good luck! They won't give it to you willingly. You have to go through your credit card company to get any sort of refund.
I'm not letting them get away with this. I'm taking legal action and doing everything I can to expose their shady practices. It's just not right to treat customers like this. So please, beware of OnePlus. They are not to be trusted.
Terrible Service and Design: A Disastrous Experience with OnePlus
The service from OnePlus is absolutely terrible. Their phone design is a complete disaster (the fingerprint sensor stops working after just one month, and they won't accept returns after a measly two weeks). But let me tell you, their support is a whole other level of scammy and repulsive. I've sent countless emails, and all they do is give me pointless tasks to complete. And don't even get me started on their shady and unprofessional remote sessions. They can't even spell words correctly, and their responses are all over the place. It's a complete mess.
And you know what's the worst part? After all the trouble I've been through, they didn't even have the decency to offer me a partial refund. Can you believe it? They actually had the nerve to suggest that I pay for my own repair. I mean, seriously, what in the world were they thinking? It's absolutely outrageous.
I had high hopes for OnePlus, thinking I'd give a Chinese company a chance. But boy, did they disappoint me. They not only ruined it for themselves, but they also ruined it for all future Chinese companies in my book. I will definitely be staying far away from them in the future.
Terrible Customer Service Experience with Chinese Phone Company
The phone reviews are pretty good, but let me tell you, if you run into any issues with the phone, you better watch out! The customer service in China is nothing like what we're used to here in the US. They do reply pretty quickly, but their actions just don't measure up. I bought the phone about a month ago and soon realized that the speakerphone mic wasn't working. Now, here's the kicker, the company's policy is that you can only return the phone within 15 days. So, I had no choice but to send the phone for repair to their authorized service center in Texas, and guess who had to foot the bill for shipping? Yep, yours truly.
After a week, the phone was returned to me, but guess what? It had more problems than it did when I sent it in. Sure, the mic was working fine now, but the Bluetooth was acting up and to top it all off, they went and broke the protective cover I had put on the screen. Can you believe it?
For the next three weeks, I tried to fix the problem by exchanging emails with their support team. But let me tell you, it was a real struggle. They don't have any live tech support, so all I had were these email instructions. And guess what? They didn't work! No matter what I tried, I just couldn't get the phone to function properly. And you know what's even worse? The company wouldn't offer any solution to the problem. Can you believe the nerve?
Now, I really loved the phone and I was willing to settle for a replacement. But let me tell you, their company policies are so inflexible that not even a senior manager could approve a replacement or a return. Can you believe that? So, in the end, I had no choice but to return the phone and dispute the charge with my credit card company. It's not over yet though, because the company is rejecting my return and there's absolutely no sign of any customer service. It's like they don't even care!
Let me tell you, I wouldn't buy anything from this company until they learn how to provide customer service the American way. They need to have their own service department and treat their customers right. Until then, I'm staying far away from them.
Nightmare Customer Service Experience with OnePlus: Multiple Repairs, Extra Charges, and No Real Solutions
After 4 months of dealing with customer service and nearly 50 emails and 20 phone calls, my phone was sent in for repair three times. Can you believe it? And to top it off, I had to pay an extra $36 on top of the original quote. But hey, I finally got an email saying that my phone is fixed and on its way back to me. Fingers crossed that it's actually working properly this time.
Let me tell you, this has been the worst customer service experience ever. Sure, everyone I talked to was super polite and apologized a million times, but that's about it. There was never any real solution to my problem. It was all talk and no action.
I seriously regret buying three OnePlus phones for my family. This is definitely the last time I'm putting up with this nonsense. I wouldn't recommend OnePlus to anyone, not even my worst enemy. Yeah, the phone itself is great, but if you ever need service, you're in big trouble.
So here's what happened. I got a simple Android update notification, and I thought, "Hey, why not update my phone?" Little did I know, that was a big mistake. After the update, my phone just wouldn't boot up again. It got stuck on the T-Mobile screen. Can you believe that? And here's the kicker, my phone was already out of warranty. This wasn't even my fault! It just couldn't handle the Android update. How pathetic is that? And to make matters worse, it cost me a ton of agony and almost $200.
Now, I do want to give a shoutout to a couple of reps who actually tried to help me. Ryan Cloke sent me a headset as an apology, which I didn't really care for, but it was a nice gesture. And Olivia White also tried her best. But let's be real here, they couldn't provide a positive resolution because there's no coordination between the overseas service and the repair department in the U.S. It's a mess. I'm still waiting for my fixed phone to arrive, by the way.
I'm definitely going to share this horrible experience on social media. I'll make sure everyone knows about it. Oh, and here are some service request numbers and RMA's for anyone who's interested:
SCE ***109
SclCE 2005 *** to 161
Op20 2005 ***132
Kunwar Singh
I swear, I will never, ever buy OnePlus again. It's absolute garbage.
One Plus Review: Fraudulent Company with Terrible Customer Service
Hey there, just wanted to share my experience with One Plus. So, I got myself a One Plus One back in Jan 2016, and guess what? After just 2 months, my charger went kaput. Now, I know what you're thinking, who doesn't use a charger with their phone, right? Especially when you're running low on battery and need a quick fix. Well, turns out the charger was faulty from the get-go, but when I tried explaining this to the company, they accused me of causing physical damage just to squeeze more money out of their already cheated customers. Can you believe that?
Now, here's the kicker. On their website, under the "Privacy and Legal" section, they clearly state that they won't replace any accessories if they're physically damaged or damaged due to any kind of fluid. And let me tell you, they stick to that statement like glue. They won't budge an inch. Here's what they say:
"The limited warranty does not cover: I. Defects or damage resulting from accidents, neglect, misuse or abnormal use; abnormal conditions or improper storage; exposure to liquid, moisture, dampness, sand, or dirt; unusual physical, electrical or electromechanical stress. Ii. Scratches, dents and cosmetic damage, unless caused by OnePlus. Iii. Defects or damage resulting from excessive force or use of metallic objects on the touch screen. Iv. Devices that have the serial number or the IMEI number removed, defaced, damaged, altered or made illegible. V. Ordinary wear and tear. Vi. Defects or damage resulting from the use of the Product in conjunction or connection with accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by OnePlus. Vii. Any physical feature defects or damage resulting from improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, or adjustment not furnished or approved by OnePlus. Viii. Defects or damage resulting from external causes such as collision with an object, fire, flooding, dirt, windstorm, lightning, earthquake, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuse, or improper use of any electrical source. Ix. Defects or damage resulting from cellular signal reception or transmission, or viruses and other software problems introduced into the Product. X. Products not purchased from oneplus.net."
Now, I agree that physical damage shouldn't be covered under warranty, but they conveniently forgot to mention what kind of physical damage they won't cover. They just labeled my accessory damage as physical damage without any proof. Do they really think I'm dumb enough to intentionally damage my charger to the point where it bursts? And let me tell you, dealing with their service center and customer service agents is a nightmare. They don't give a damn about your problems and just leave you hanging.
So, when I went to the service center in Thane, they treated me like garbage. Raising their voices, throwing USBs around, and whatnot. And when I tried reaching out to them via email, they just told me to go to the service center and call customer care to get it resolved. Like seriously, what a waste of time! And let me tell you, there are only a handful of service centers in Mumbai, and they're all located in different corners of the city. So, you can imagine the hassle of traveling for an hour just to deal with their ill-mannered customer service.
And here's the cherry on top. One of the technical team members had the audacity to say that it's physical damage and they won't cover it. But guess what? He also admitted that he has no clue what actually happened to my charger. Instead of helping me find a solution, he's just trying to cover his own backside and the company's mess. And to add insult to injury, Mr. Vijay Krishna Perabathula, who insisted I go to the service center, conveniently disappeared when everything went down.
So, my advice to you is to think twice before buying anything from One Plus. They'll keep taking your money for their faulty products and won't take responsibility for anything that goes wrong with your phone or accessories. They'll just blame it on you and call it physical damage. Trust me, they'll make you work and cry over a measly Rs. 200 USB.
Save yourself the trouble and don't buy from this fraudulent company. Don't waste your hard-earned money on them.
