I have been client from more than 10 years in emag.bg

I always bought from Bulgarian distribution and never had a problem.

On May 2023 I have ordered from distributor from Poland that was registered in emag.bg, and after receiving the product it was damaged beyond usable condition.

So complain was made and there was month delay for the shipment back and now it is almost October and nobody answer my request for 200€ refund.

I bought a lot of products from eMag and they are really good. It's a great company, the best in Romania. They have a wide range of products and the quality is top-notch. I am very satisfied with my purchases and I highly recommend eMag to everyone.

I bought a Christmas present on 12 December for my folks, but it never showed up, not even after Christmas. I asked them a few times what was happening, but they didn't bother to respond. Their services are super unreliable. I'm really let down.

During the so-called Black Friday actions on the website, I noticed that some of the goods were actually more expensive than their regular prices. It was quite surprising, to be honest. Additionally, I came across a few items that had torn boxes, which could potentially cause issues if I needed to return them due to any defects. It's a bit frustrating, you know?

I think it's important for everyone to be cautious and double-check the prices on the website before the Black Friday frenzy begins. It's always better to be safe than sorry, right? So, take a moment to make sure you're getting the best deal possible.

Other than that, I must say that eMag has a wide range of products available, which is quite impressive. They offer everything from electronics to home appliances, making it convenient for all your shopping needs. The website itself is fairly easy to navigate, although there are times when it can be a bit slow. But hey, no one's perfect, right?

One thing I appreciate about eMag is their customer service. Whenever I had an issue or a question, they were always there to assist me. It's nice to know that they value their customers and strive to provide a satisfactory experience.

Overall, eMag is a decent online shopping platform, especially during the Black Friday sales. Just be mindful of the prices and the condition of the products you're purchasing. Happy shopping, folks!

Are you kidding me! What kind of customer service are you? You did not even check the previous conversations, since more than 2 months you people are playing with me and wasting my time. I need my money back.

If you don't fix this issue, I will make an official complaint to the European commission and to the national consumer complaint center. I will sue you.

Read the previous emails I have sent and you keep wasting my time for two months now.
