BecexTech.com Disappointing experience with BecexTech.com: Terrible speakers and poor customer service

I made a mistake and ordered a cell phone from BecexTech.com, and it turned out to have terrible speakers. This was right after the July 24, 2020 purchase. It was a frustrating experience, but I eventually received a partial refund from the company - albeit weeks later. I was disappointed with the outcome as it felt like the company only cared to provide me with the bare minimum. To make things worse, I had to go through the hassle of sending the item back through registered mail which was not included in the refund, making it an additional and unnecessary expense on my part.

It was quite disheartening after realizing that I spent $535 for something that did not meet my expectations, and what I got back was only $397. It was quite discouraging, to say the least. Worst of all, the customer representatives that I corresponded with via email did not seem too worried about my predicament, and to add salt to the injury, they even threatened to return the phone to me if there was no defect with it. That meant they could charge me extra and add to my costs - a sobering thought!

It was an unfortunate and frustrating experience overall. I cannot help but feel that after spending $100 more than what I received as a refund was, to put it mildly, a lousy deal. This is not an experience that I want anyone else to go through. So, for those of you who may be considering shopping on BecexTech.com, please proceed with caution and be warned.

BecexTech.com BecexTech Review: Delayed Order and Confusing Communication

I gotta say that BecexTech is not the best online store I've dealt with. I've been waiting for the phone I bought for more than three days now, even though their website says it should have left the warehouse within 1-3 days. I asked them about the tracking number, and they replied with some jibber-jabber about a case manager and a closed warehouse. Like, what? I don't really get it, and it doesn't sound promising.

I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and wait for their so-called case manager, Ratna, to get back to me on this. Hopefully, they'll sort it out soon because I'm really excited to finally get my hands on the phone I ordered.

I'll update this review once I receive my item to let y'all know how the whole experience was. So far, not impressed, but fingers crossed that it'll get better.

BecexTech.com Beware of BecexTech.com: Scam Tactics and Uncertainty with Order Cancellations

I recently bought a camera lens as a present for my husband from BecexTech.com, but whoopsie, I realized I picked the wrong one! I quickly sent them an email to cancel the order on the exact day I made the purchase, hoping it wasn't too late. Frustratingly, I couldn't call them directly to sort it out, but instead had to wait for a response. After two long days, I finally heard back from them, and they said they'll try to cancel it but warned me that there could be fees involved.

I replied to their email right away, informing them that nothing had been processed yet and to please cancel the order. But 48 hours passed and I got another email from the same woman, saying that the order had now been processed and that there would be an admin fee. She also mentioned that she'd REQUEST A CANCELLATION, which seemed weird to me.

What's worse, I noticed that I had been charged $70.00 USD for a foreign exchange fee, and they still hadn't refunded me the $2900.00 USD for the lens! They didn't even confirm the cancellation, leaving me in the dark about where my money had been and when I could expect it back.

In my opinion, this is a scam tactic, and I strongly suggest you stay away from BecexTech.com. It's just not worth the hassle and uncertainty.

BecexTech.com Disappointing Customer Service from Becextech.com: A Frustrating Experience

I have recently purchased a new htc phone from becextech.com and unfortunately it was not working properly right from the very beginning. Being a layman, I couldn't comprehend what was wrong with the device so I contacted the becextech customer service. But their customer service only works via emails which is a pain, especially when you need an immediate response.

After a few initial emails and waiting for a long time, they asked me to send the phone to their repairer. And the most concerning part was that their repairer was not from the HTC approved ones. I waited for almost a month just to get my phone back, only to find out that it is still not working properly.

Feeling frustrated and stuck, I again reached out to them for help through another lengthy email and this time I requested for a phone call to speed up the process. But to my surprise, instead of calling me, in response to my mail they only asked me to turn on the phone and hard reset it so that they can figure out the issue. And mind you this was after explaining my problem in detail.

I was so disappointed with their response and reached out to them again via email. But their response was no different from the previous one and I was asked to send the phone in again.

I am really disappointed with their poor service and if given an option, I would never recommend anyone to buy from them. It is an absolute waste of time and money. Moreover, the back and forth exchange of emails takes almost a day each way, and that's not the level of service anyone would expect.

I highly recommend checking out other suppliers that are better in terms of quality and customer service. They should be reachable in a more convenient and faster way such as through phone and should also have approved repairers for their devices.

Overall, I would rate my experience with becextech.com as being quite frustrating and would advise everyone to avoid shopping from them.

BecexTech.com Mixed experiences with BecexTech.com: Great Price, Poor Customer Support and Return Policy

So, I recently bought a too-good-to-pass-up xe3 from BecexTech.com and was eagerly waiting for it to arrive. When it finally came, I was a bit disappointed to see that the SD card I had ordered along with the camera was missing. I reached out to their customer support and after a long wait, I finally received the card. But guess what? It was the wrong size and not the one I had ordered. It was a bit frustrating, to say the least.

Adding to my frustration, I didn't get to unpack and test the camera until after the 14-day post-ordering period. And, as luck would have it, I realized that I actually wanted a bigger and more sturdy camera. I reached out to BecexTech.com again and requested if they could extend the returns period, given that it wasn't my fault that the delivery was delayed. To my dismay, they denied my request and said that their policy does not allow for any flexibility.

I really think that it is an unfair policy, considering that the camera is still in its original packing and unused condition. But since I couldn't find a better deal anywhere else, I reluctantly decided to keep the camera. Despite the setbacks, I can't deny that BecexTech.com offers some of the cheapest prices I could find online. And that's why I ended up choosing them in the first place and may do so again in the future.

BecexTech.com Questionable experience with BecexTech.com: Poor Customer Service and Shipping

I found BecexTech.com to be a bit questionable. It seems like they're from China, and sometimes they're just not very honest, nice or good at customer service. I got lucky and one of the items in my order arrived, but I had to constantly send them emails to figure out what was going on. Unfortunately, they forgot to tell me that some things were out of stock, and it took two weeks for them to let me know, but only because I asked. By that point, I was already frustrated.

It was even worse when I asked about my other order, because that was missing too. They told me they had already sent it, but couldn't give me any tracking information or proof of what was going on with it. And they even said they sent it with the regular post from China, which seems pretty unprofessional. I told them that I didn't like that and wanted a refund, but they insisted that I just had to wait.

It's been a whole month now, and my stuff still hasn't arrived. I'm really disappointed, to be honest. I wish I had thought about ordering from somewhere else, because I wouldn't have wasted so much time and energy on this place. It's just not worth it if you want to save your money and have a good experience.

BecexTech.com Avoid BecexTech.com: Unreliable Order Process and International Delivery Surprises

Well, where do I start with BecexTech.com? I ordered a product from their website and it took them four whole business days to send my package. I had to email them and remind them to send it! And when my package finally arrived, I noticed that it was sent from Hong Kong. But I ordered from a New Zealand website, and I didn't even know they offered international delivery.

When it got to DHL, it got stuck there. I reached out to BecexTech to check what was going on, and at first, they gave me the wrong contact information for DHL. I had to wait for a few more days to get the right phone number. Then I contacted DHL and asked why there was a delay, and they told me that they needed the commercial invoice from BecexTech. Apparently, the product was worth half the amount I paid for it, and I speculated it was either because it was refurbished or they wanted to avoid fees. But BecexTech told me to relax and that they would handle the issue.

Well, it turns out that DHL had no contact with BecexTech for several weeks, and they were calling me every day. But BecexTech kept telling me to relax and never gave me a reason why DHL had no contact with them. After several weeks of this, I decided to ask for a refund. And just like that, BecexTech finally contacted DHL, and I got my package a few days later.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend buying from BecexTech. Their order process is too dramatic, and it's not worth the wasted time and stress. If you're considering buying from them, ask yourself if you're okay with this level of risk. Personally, I would pay a little extra to buy from a more reliable vendor.

BecexTech.com Becextech Review: Terrible Customer Service and False Advertising

So, I had been really keen to buy the latest oneplus 8 pro and began browsing for good deals. After thorough research, I finally decided to take the leap of faith with Becextech. I soon realized that I had made a huge mistake!

After receiving the order confirmation, I was informed that my package would be delivered within 4-7 days. I eagerly waited for my new phone for 2 weeks only to find out that they had sent me a oneplus 8 instead of the 8 pro which I had paid a whopping $1350 for. And to make matters worse, the phone they sent was sold for $500 less on their website!

Opening the package, I was shocked to discover that the details on the package didn't even belong to me and the phone charger was designed for the US market only, not Australian. Frustrated, I immediately emailed customer service and shared the error with them.

To my utter surprise, I was asked to provide evidence in the form of pictures of the product and its serial number, and many other collateral items, not one or two, but around twenty! After waiting for around two weeks, I was informed that they couldn't refund or exchange my item as they believed that I was falsely claiming that they had sent me the wrong product. But how could I be wrong when I had only received one phone with the tracking number they had provided me?

This led to a series of heated emails where I expressed my desire to get my $500 difference refunded, but no avail. The customer service team was slow in responding, and they didn't have a contact number that you could call for help.

The entire ordeal took me eight weeks of back and forth emails to conclude, and I ended up being $500 out of pocket. Becextech even had the audacity to ask me to return the phone they had sent me and trust them to send me the oneplus 8 pro. After everything that had happened, how could I trust them? What if they did it again?

In the end, my advice to all those looking for deals is to think twice before giving Becextech a chance. Their customer service is terrible, and it's almost impossible to resolve issues with them. Spend some extra bucks and buy from a reputable company.

I would strongly recommend staying away from Becextech. Trust me on this!

BecexTech.com BecexTech.com camera lens: Misleading and Unhelpful Customer Service

I recently purchased a camera lens from BecexTech.com and I must say, I am not pleased with my experience. First off, the company is not based in Australia (where I am located), but rather in Hong Kong. Upon further research, I discovered that they sell seconds and refurbs as new with no refund policy in place. Do your research before buying from this company.

When I placed my order for the lens, I paid an extra $50 for their "priority delivery" option, which promised delivery within 2-3 days. I even wrote to them requesting that they dispatch the lens as soon as possible as I needed it for a photo shoot, but received no response. It wasn't until 24 hours later that I found an email from them in my spam folder asking me to verify my card details.

To my surprise, the priority delivery option wasn't actually fulfilled from their own stock but had to be sourced from China. It took them 2-3 days to get it from China followed by an additional 3 days to dispatch it. So much for priority delivery! It ended up taking a week to receive my purchase.

To make matters worse, the lens I purchased was out of stock and they offered to send me an ex-demo lens instead. When the lens arrived, I discovered that it didn't fit my camera because they didn't mention the mount type on their website. The lens was for a full frame Sony camera, which is what I have, so I assumed it was an E mount lens. However, it turned out to be incompatible and when I brought it to their attention, they refused to refund my delivery fee and charged me a 25% re-sale fee for wanting to return it.

Their terms and conditions state that if items are mis-sold or described inaccurately, they will waive the re-sale fee. However, the customer service agent I spoke with, Ratna, was extremely unhelpful and defensive. She refused to take responsibility for the lens description being misleading and showed no duty of care towards me as a customer.

In my opinion, BecexTech.com offers terrible service and their returns procedure leaves much to be desired. They are not even a direct camera supplier but rather a 3rd party retailer. Most other online outlets offer free delivery and free returns, but this company charges a re-sale fee and has no refund policy. I would not recommend buying from them unless you want to risk being charged unnecessarily. As for me, I won't be doing business with them again!

BecexTech.com Disappointing Warranty Experience with BecexTech.com: My OnePlus Pro 8 Screen Flickered and Now I'm Stuck with No Feedback for Weeks

I recently made a purchase at BecexTech.com and I acquired a new OnePlus Pro 8 smart phone. Everything ran smoothly for the first few weeks. However, it wasn't long before I started experiencing some issues with the screen. The problem was getting worse, and the phone was flickering seriously. I was convinced that the warranty policy would cover it, and so I filled out the necessary form for the repairs to be done as advised by the customer service representative.

Unfortunately, that was the beginning of a frustrating period for me. I hadn't heard anything from the company after sending in the device, even after waiting for a couple of weeks. So I picked up my phone to call them and learn what was going on. The representative told me they were waiting for a spare part from China and that it would take a little bit longer.

As the days went on, the wait became unbearable as I wasn't receiving any feedback on the repairs. I called back after another three weeks had passed, yet my phone hadn't been fixed, they couldn't fix it, and there's nothing they could do. Contacting Becextech about this issue three weeks ago had been unsuccessful, and I'm still awaiting their response.

Unfortunately, it didn't end there. I tried calling their Australian phone number, but it was unreachable. It was difficult to bear because I had spent almost $1000 on this phone. I am left to wonder if there's any chance of a replacement. I would feel terrible if my investment cannot be repaired or replaced, and I hope BecexTech.com can rectify this issue.

I wanted to share my recent experience with BecexTech.com and their customer service. I had bought a shiny new One Plus 8 Pro and was really excited to upgrade from my old Samsung phone. However, I ran into some issues with transferring data from my old phone despite trying many different options multiple times. To make matters worse, I noticed that the network kept dropping whenever I tried to switch from my old phone to the new one.

Feeling frustrated, I decided to request a return the very next day. Unfortunately, I was told that there would be a 15% restocking fee and I wouldn't receive a refund for the postage that I had paid. I had spent a total of $1200 on the phone and an additional $73 on postage, but my refund was only for $1019.15 after the restocking fee had been deducted. This meant that I had lost out on a substantial amount of money, a total of $254, which I found to be a huge disappointment.

While I understand that there may be some charges associated with processing a return, I felt that the restocking fee was quite steep and would have appreciated some more transparency regarding the refund process. It's important for customers to feel confident in their purchases and know that they can rely on the support of the company they are buying from.

BecexTech.com Disappointing Experience with becextech.com - Poor Packaging and Unhelpful Customer Service

I got this camera lens as a present from my friend and I was excited to try it out. But when it arrived, I was so disappointed as it looked like it had been through a war! The lens itself was crushed and it was clear the damage was done during transport. Instead of protecting it properly, becextech just wrapped a thin sheet of bubble wrap around the manufacturer box and put it in a plastic shipping bag. And to add insult to injury, they sent it all the way from Hong Kong, even though I thought it was coming from inside the USA. Who ships a delicate, super expensive, $1500 piece of electronics in a flimsy plastic bag?

I reached out to them to get my money back and they were extremely unhelpful. They just blamed the delivery company and said it wasn't their fault. They told me that I should file a complaint with the shipping company instead of addressing my issue. I couldn't believe it! They were unwilling to take any responsibility!

Overall, I had a bad experience with becextech.com. They didn't package the product properly and they weren't willing to be accountable for their mistakes. It's too bad, as I really wanted to like their site, but it's clear they don't care about their customers' satisfaction. I definitely wouldn't recommend buying anything from them.

BecexTech.com Beware of BecexTech.com - Terrible Customer Service and No Accountability

I recently made a purchase on BecexTech.com for a new phone. However, when I received the package, I was surprised to find out that they had sent me the wrong one! I immediately knew that I had to reach out to their customer service department to rectify the issue.

I composed an email to them, explaining the situation and asking for their help to get the correct phone delivered to me. They responded to my email rather quickly, however they asked for multiple items of information, including the weight of the package that I had received. Luckily, I had access to a scale from my previous experience with Stamps.com, so I sent them the weight of the package immediately.

Despite providing them with all of the information they asked for, they kept insisting that the package I received did not match their records, by a difference of 200 grams! I was frustrated because I knew that I had done nothing wrong, and they were not taking responsibility for their error.

I tried to push the matter by adding the shipping label information to my email and pointed out that it matched the weight of the package that I received. However, they still refused to issue a refund or send me a return label, which only added to my dissatisfaction.

To make matters worse, they even threatened to "alert the authorities" on me, which was ridiculous in my opinion, considering their mistake was the root cause of the issue.

In the end, my experience with BecexTech.com was terrible. I wanted to be a satisfied customer, but instead, I was met with a lack of customer service and a complete disregard for my needs. I would never order from them again, and I would advise other potential customers to take extreme caution before doing so themselves.

I bought some nikon lenses from becextech.com, a company that claims to be based in Melbourne, Australia. They said that I would get my lenses within 1-3 days, which was not true. It took a long time for the delivery to arrive, and when it finally did, it came from Hong Kong! I was surprised and wary of this, but the goods I had ordered were fine and exactly what I had purchased.

However, what I didn't expect was to receive a huge import duty charge from DHL for several hundred dollars! This was never disclosed in their pricing or terms and conditions. I had to get in touch with becextech.com several times, but they never gave me a satisfactory explanation for this surprise charge.

Now, I am arguing with DHL about whether it's legitimate to buy from an "Australian" business. I must say, buyer beware! I do not recommend becextech.com. I will not use them again in the future. It was a bad experience, and I do not want anyone else to go through the same thing.

BecexTech.com Beware of BecexTech: Shady Bait-and-Switch Tactics and Disappointing Experience

So, I had been looking for a new phone for a while and stumbled upon BecexTech.com (becextech.com). I ordered a new phone from their website, and it seemed like a great deal. But the next day, I received an email stating that the phone I bought wasn't in stock anymore. They offered me a more expensive phone (which should have been my first clue!)

I decided that I would wait until the phone was in stock again, and I thought that was the end of the story. But after five long weeks of waiting, I still hadn't received my phone. At this point, I contacted BecexTech to get an update, and that's when they told me it was "perhaps discontinued." I was baffled! How could a phone be discontinued in such a short amount of time, especially when all its variations were still being listed on their website?

As if that wasn't enough, they then suggested that I buy yet another phone, which was even more expensive. That was it, I had enough. I realized that they were trying to bait and switch me by luring me in with a low price, only to switch to a more expensive product after I had already invested my money.

I am not a fan of these shady tactics. Bait and switch are not only unethical but also illegal. So, I decided to file a complaint with ACCC to ensure that these kinds of things do not happen to other unsuspecting customers.

Overall, I'm disappointed with my experience with BecexTech and would highly recommend that you steer clear of them.

BecexTech.com BecexTech.com Review: Decent Experience with Some Concerns Raised

My experience with BecexTech.com was pretty decent overall. When I placed my order on their website, everything seemed to be going smoothly. However, the delivery times were much longer than what was listed online. I was a bit frustrated by this, and it wasn't immediately clear that the product would be coming from overseas.

After doing some research on the company, I found that there had been quite a few disputes between BecexTech.com and their customers. BecexTech.com Mixed Feelings: My Experience Ordering from BecexTech.com

I recently ordered a phone from BecexTech.com for my daughter, but unfortunately, I experienced some difficulties with the shipping address. The order paper was somewhat confusing and did not clarify whether the shipping address should be the same as the billing address or different. As a result, I ended up accidentally putting the wrong shipping address, which led to a month-long delay in getting the phone to my daughter.

Despite being a bit frustrated with this issue, I must say that the pricing on the website was quite reasonable and that's why I chose to order from it in the first place. However, as a concerned parent, I couldn't help but worry about my daughter being without a phone for so long. I was so excited to purchase my new Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 256GB 12GB RAM 5G LTE Smartphone Mystic Bronze from Becextech.com on November 29, 2020. However, I have had some issues trying to get this phone registered with the ATT network. Even after multiple attempts, I have been unable to register my IMEI number with either of them.

Despite these registration difficulties, the phone seems to be working fine on their network. It's 5G capable, which is pretty impressive. Recently, ATT made some changes to their network, and they stopped supporting 3G. As a result, they now require 4G or 5G capable phones. Surprisingly, my phone kept working even after these changes. However, ATT claims that this phone is not compatible with their 5G network.

I am still a bit uncertain if I can transfer my files and photos to the ATT cloud. This issue caused me some inconvenience, and it was frustrating.

To all the tech enthusiasts out there, if you are considering purchasing a phone from an overseas seller, make sure it is compatible with your network. It's an important aspect that we sometimes overlook and end up having trouble with it. All in all, the phone works on the ATT network, even though it's not fully compatible with their 5G network, which is a bit disappointing. Nevertheless, I am happy with my purchase!
