Disappointing Return Policy: My Experience with PhoneBot AU
I recently purchased a phone from PhoneBot AU and I have to say, I was pretty disappointed with their return policy. They don't offer returns if the product is not good, which is a major bummer. I mean, come on, who wants to be stuck with a phone that doesn't work properly?
I understand that they sell refurbished phones, but that doesn't mean they shouldn't offer returns. I mean, what if the phone you receive is not as described or has some major issues? You're just out of luck, I guess.
I would highly recommend buying your products from actual retailers where you can return if you are unhappy with the product. It's just not worth the risk with PhoneBot.

So, I bought a phone from PhoneBot AU and it turned out to be a total dud. It was defective and when I tried to get in touch with them, they were super rude and dodgy. They wouldn't take responsibility for the faulty phone and it took me threatening legal action before they even bothered to reply to my messages. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone. They don't care about their customers and they don't stand behind their products. If I could give them zero stars, I would. So, save yourself the hassle and stay away from PhoneBot AU.
