Outer a few months ago and my son has been using humble bundle I thought it would be a good idea to get on this as well. I created an account and did my own transaction just to see it canceled. I did this again but again was canceled I tried a 3rd time to and send a message to them asking why would this be happening. I got a very vague reply stating they are not allowing multiple account and if I intended to buy as a gift I need to use the purchase as a gift section…
Note that this is my account with my info and never have I opened another account the only thing I could see is my son’s account might be using my phone and my bank info as he has no bank account to do this.
I sent another message to them asking for clarification and never have I gotten an answer back… I have left them my phone number and my email address. But again no reply.
Those bundles are amazing but their customer service is really poor and [censored]ty
Desired outcome: I would love to get a call back to fix this issue.
