NO service, NO responses and NO delivery.
Been 16 days since I placed my order. I can't get into contact with Hydroponics.eu and they refuse to answer me.
I have tried all e-mails on their website, tried calling AND tried using their "Live support online".
I got NO resposens when I wanted to make a refund, but i got a quick response when I sent a fake e-mail with the subject:
"Looking for a supplier of 100 aerofarm units".
So I guess that says it all. =S
I'd like to WARN everybody to NOT place an order! It's not worth it to risk it.
My loss: about 200 dollars out the window. =(
I live in Sweden and have NO idea on how to get any justice =( I deeply regret my purchase.

The reason for me posting this, is that I believe some of the reviews to be a little misguiding. I have had great experiences with this company.
To address some of the more common complaints, I have made this little list.
All info is from personal experiences.
A: Reason for the company not being able to answer by phone was due to staff holiday (Everybody needs to relax sometimes!)
B: Reason for not keeping promised shipping date was due to extreme amount of orders placed (We all know how it is to be busy)
C: I got a very kind email from them, responding to all my concerns and questions.
D: I was fully able to fully track my package using DHL and it arrived on time according with the agreement
E: That I do not agree with nor recognize any of the negative statements made on www.complaintsboard.com about hydroponics.eu
F: I recommend this company gladly!

This company is a joke. Their product descriptions are misguiding and expensive. Stay away from this company whatever you do. They lie about their products also. These people are scam artists.
This post is a fake. Nobody from the USA would order something from this website as its all EU stuff. The USA has a total other type of electric plugging system and it would not work in the USA or would be a fire hazzard. The postage would cost more than to fly somewhere in the USA and buy it from a local hydro store. Another example of how this site lies.

Ordered from them because site says:
1.) "Orders placed before 2pm will be shipped the same day" WRONG! Placed/paid order at 09:00GMT
on a Monday. Sent to me on Friday.
2.) "With our DHL express delivery you receive your parcel within 2-3 days. " WRONG! took 10 days.
3.) "Discreet orders" WRONG! order came in a box that disclosed with what was in big bold print on the side of the box.
4.) "You may also contact us by e-mail. Assistance pre and post sale by staff qualified, specialised in the characteristics of the products and their installation." WRONG! No answers to emails. Phone numbers never get answered.
My advice is order from another place this one sucks.

placed order 17 aug. 2009 for a LED lighting fixture, recieved it 26 aug. It failed after 4 hours. Have sent e-mail 26 aug, and have had no response so far. Have tried calling at least 20 times, unable to reach them.

Dont order from Hanna Hydro growshop, I have order 3 weeks ago, tryed to contact them 3 times via mail and 2 times via the website form for contact, no answer at all. Did pay via paypal so now I have done a dispute, 2 min after I got a new mail, same as before that order is placed, have got same mail 3 times now but no tracking number or any mail saying its a delay. I placed same order in anothe company and got mail saying they will ship same day. DONT BUY ANYTHING from Hanna Hydro growshop. I will make a claim so paypal remove this scam-company

I ordered a full telt setup from hydroponics from the website a week ago, what i forgot was to check the website for security so i started searching on google etc for reviews of the site and i read bad after bad review saying that they did not get their stuff etc. so i was afraid i would not get my things, but only after a couple of days i recieved everything and it was outstanding quality! So i would let people know there is no problem with this site, they have extreme fast service.

I ordered from them 2 times. The first time I ordered was for fertilizer. It arrived ok. Next time was a hydro unit. This was not sent when i was told it would be. Ended up waiting 2 weeks longer and then the plastic was cracked and after many, many emails and a couple tries at calling them (never any answer) nothing was resolved. Both orders came in recycled boxes (which I applaud) But don't send it to me in a box that has info of whats inside in big bold letters. Gave up trying to get anything replaced (if not fixed). Do not order from this website. Untrustworthy. As others have said, they will lie to you and not offer any help at all.
As you can see, Hydroponics.eu is trying to respond by posting "standardized" answers that have been "copy-pasted" in here.
It has been 16 days since I placed my order, and it has NOT been delivered. (FYI: They ship with so called "express" delivery).
The 2 comments from the hydroponics.eu is revealing! just read thru. In the first one they say 2-3days for email responses and in the next they say within a day! hahahahaha! nice guys. This shows how responsible you are
There is more, my containers were leaky and when i asked to return the product back, they said they cannot refund, but can repair. I asked them for a collection date. Their website says they have a pick up service, but they denied that. The problem could be fixed, but I didn't pay 500 euro for nothing! And their response time..horrid. Within a day, no way. I've waited for weeks for a response. I was missing a few net pots, a connecting tube and the CD. They did eventually send it though.
There is a timer included in the kit. Their website says 1min watering every 2hrs during the day and 1 min every 3-4hrs at night. This means, we need approx 10 watering cycles. How do you set up 1ocycles in a timer that has 7 programmes? Mystery!
All in all, PLEASE DO NOT BOTHER WITH THEIR SERVICES, THERE MUST BE BETTER ONES OUT THERE. PLEASE LOOK AROUND!
I placed an order for an aeroponix system. Wish I had read this forum earlier. I had to wait for over 2 weeks for the packet. And, when I opened it, all eager to start off, I found real CHEAP stuff, not worth the money that I spent on it. The CD that they sent along was empty and the pump with air stone which was included in my order list was not in the package. When I tried to talk to Catherine online, she said the pump was NOT in my order. Just when I logged in to check that, it was GONE! They pretend to give you discounts. DO NOT BE FOOLED. I paid for the thing and did not receive it, and they had deleted that from my order. I had nothing to prove them otherwise.
I ordered from them a glass product that was broken. package did not have padding, and the fragile sticker. Advised the courier and I did hydroponics.eu complaints. but they believe that their insurance will not cover this. because I would have to open the package in front of the courier and the state of the product is broken and reset broken. Courier not let me open the package before I signed for the package as received. I have sent them numerous emails without a reply. I have made them a complaint with the European Consumer Centre, and I think everyone else should do this same thing. The company is a mere sham, and I certainly recommend them to anyone. not even the worst enemies. I have informed my local credit card company about this company and I'm thinking of making a complaint to the police about this company.
Just read my lips, do not under any circumstances, does not in any event, even if you were the person in distress, do not buy this firmalta anything. Internet is full of negative feedback about this company.
I live in Croatia... They are italians (our neighbours !) It`s the same as work with gipsy, I have all the same troubles as all other cutomers on this topic. DO NOT FORGET ! THEY WILL LIE TO YOU ALL THE TIME ! that`s my friend experience too.
Very Bad Service
I have sent three emails after submitting an order with Hydroponics.eu requesting they cancel my order due to an extremely slow and unorganised service, one to [protected]@hydroponics.eu, one to [protected]@hydroponics.eu and another to [protected]@hydroponics.eu stating that I want to cancel my order with you due to the dodgy service they are offering.
I placed the order on the 14/08/2009 @ 9.39 with the impression that it would only be a few days to delivery which the site offers supposably ----- "With our DHL express delivery you receive your parcel within 2-3 days", which was the reason I placed my order with them.
It is now the 01/09/2009 and today I recieve an email stating that my order will be shipped in 5-6 working days which I dont want.
I have also made dozens of calls to the so called helpline that seems to be busy all the time regardless of what time you ring..

Got the shipment last nigt. All packed in a nice big "Black Box" tok 7 days from Italy to norway. :-) Everything was in the shipment notting was wrong or broken. Im a happy custumer. Man ohh man this equipment is proo suff. :-)

Oke my experience with hydrophinics.eu is pretty good. I order, I paid, I got confirmation emails after payment and shipping, they included a tracking code as I asked. 2 days later package arrived. The product wasn't damaged or opend when it arrived.
Good service, Simple standard support, decent delivery, pretty fast aswell atleast for me.

So many negative reactions. Should have read earlier. Just orderd an Item and paid it. Well Lawyers enough arround me and flying to italy happens once or twice a month, so lets see what this brings.
Also mailed them the payment proof as they requested when you order. No reply on it yet, but lets see what the future brings me and this company.

I paid via credit card to have a delivery sent to my home address, i was told that it would cost a certain a, mount, i paid this amount and i never received anything to my house. It has been 5 months now since i placed the order.
As you live in sweden i'd suggest tracking your package. You should have received a tracking code when they shipped your items.
Reason for this, sweden is one of those countries that check whats in the package, and can hold it / not deliver it to you if its suspecious.
My order I did 2 weeks ago arrived perfectly, without damage or anything, so they work pretty nice if you ask me.
Yes i have had the same problem where they would not reply until i sent a fake e-mail. i also received a quick reply in regard to the fake e mail asking about some products. Unfortunately many people visit this site as it appears in in googles paid search results
