I ordered some seats from Hyper Auto parts.The seats were at a excellent price, So I ordered them. I got a e-mail confirming my order.About the time another e-mail said the seats I ordered were on back order and could be on back order as long as 30 days.They offered another choice.I called them to talk to them.During the conversation, I questioned, wonder if I choose to cancel my order, I was told that their would be a 30% restock fee.I said how could their be a restock fee when I haven't received the seat yet and you don't have the seat in stock.I was told that it was company policy.The last line on their guarantee states, If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with all aspect of our product you may return them for a full refund minus (I don't know what that means, maybe it's the 30% restock fee they didn't tell anyone about) and shipping, their for a second time I have nothing to return.I additionally read their term and conditions in their was refund information.It did state the I was subject to the 30% charge. The key word here is subject. As I said before, how can a company charge a restock fee when they don't have the product in stock and I haven't even received the product.I additionally wanted to talk to the manager, they haven't return my calls.the company is deceiving.I have called my bank to dispute the charges.

I too bought seats from this company. I have recieved a tracking number from fedex but says package is initiated. This has been for aboug a week. I called the 800 number and asked where my seats were. She said she was showing they were shipped. She tben told me that she would look in warehouse tbat she would call me back at the number i called from. Assuming they had caller id. Never got a call back. I call everyday about 20 or 30 times the pbone rings for a while tben i get a busy signal. That tells.me they were hanging up on me. I guess one time she was out to lunch cause i got a voicemail. I left them a message and told them i would call back in four hours if i didnt hear from them. That was the last i have gotten accomplished from them. I called fedex international to see how the shipment world worked. The rep told me that hyper auto sports is a lagit company. That their account is active with fedex. Thats the only hope i have. Do not do business with this company.
