Dear Hyundai,

I hope someone can assist me please.

I bought a car cash for R95,000 and took a car plan for 2 years and paid cash to the amount of R10,565.00 for a Red 2011 getz ,

My problem started with Clive the manager when TK the Salesman left the company not long after the sale was done. I paid for a car I waited for 2-3 weeks? the previous 2 cars did not pass the Hyundai test.

The Red Getz 2011 had a few issues when i got it finally delivered on the 4th June 2022.

1) Hand break needed adjusting

2) doors were screaching, needed oil

3) And a loud noise which I recorded lately, everytime you start the car.

This was part of the 30 day repairs to be made on my car.

Clive took over a week to tell me when the car would be ready or give a progress report, I had to call all the time.

When my daughter went to fetch the cars from repairs the noise was still not fixed. Clive said I can phone and bring it back the following week.

Well this never happened because he tried to say it is not a issue its normal on Hyundai Getz cars, which is not true. I got customer services in South Africa to help me with this, but the lady is not very helpfull. This has been going on since early July.

Now the other problems is

1) The car is still not registered on my name? this was suppose to be done by the dealer, Clive tried to blame me and say he gave me the papers?

Why would i send my POR and Id and drivers to the dealer if I had the papers?

2) My car is fautly for over a week , it wont start , so I called the roadside assistance I have on my car...

And they tell me I am not on their system with my ID and my policy number do not exist?

Have I been defrauded by you Hyundai Bedfordview branch with my money to the value of R110,000-00 cash ?

Can someone please assist me since , the Bedforview office shows as the Head Office in South- Africa.

This is a very serious matter. Should I get a lawyer?

I have all the email corresponse with the Befordview branch about the above Major Issue.

Desired outcome: I want actions , my money back in full and Management to call me so we can resolve the dodgy deal.
