This is regarding my iBASEt director of engineering (Neeraj Kumar). He is very negative person in entire company. He talked all negative about R&D product Leadership, executives managements, owners, new leadership, POPS operations and IT leadership. He asked employees to call and discuss all negative and tell them to share the same to management. No one wanna to talk with him except his managers. He just motivate all manager with good increments and asking them not to follow any process or demotics to participate in company activities, he doesn’t have technical and business skills and don’t like to motivate his teams. All employees called him “complaint man” because of negative outlook and talk. He always talk so negative for US visitors and wast of travel money and time of india team. He is big creepy autocrats director we ever seen in iBASEt India.

Correct . I observed the same in meetings. My managers are also becoming negative because of Niraj behaviour. Dishonest person in our company . I tried to speak to my Senior managers but understood he doesn’t have say to share negativity & aligned with negative thoughts to keep his positions . He know product quality challenges but can’t spell to Director of Engineering ( Niraj Kumar @ IBASEt ) . He also speak negative about all Gujarati and ahmedabad. Invited me in in personal meetings 4th Floor talking about Gujarati’s food habit, starving for money , ibaset Ahmedabad location selection & owner lazyness .
Omg he is crazy, slow painkiller in our India company . Recently hired having crazy behavior. Calling employees on his cabin and mind wash with all negative thoughts , talking about sex , porn movies with other managers .influence by male harmony partners and fired from oracle because of sexism behavior & dirty mindset . My manager told us to keep quiet and he will let go your performance & bugs issues . I expect people to write to HR to handle Neeraj issues . 2) Build Negative groupism in company.
