Have domestic ICICIDirect account and I am currently travelling abroad and I depend on only email OTP to login. But I dont get OTP to my registered hotmail account. I have been asking them to fix the OTP issue or change my registered email (sent the email change form signed and scanned through my registered). I have called multiple times and sent details explaining every time again when I get irrelevant instructions. No one seems reading my mail including escalation team and providing options such as change forgotten password, or enabling QR code or enabling google authenticator. But they are not reading and understanding my mail that without login to the account how can I enable QR code or google authenticator. I keep saying that I don't get OTP but the send again change password with OTP. I am totally tired of sending mails and explaining them for the past one month.
