Fire your site’s programmers and remove the terrible AI
You have not enable a way to submit a ticket that isn’t on you limited list like a simple other (DUH)
Forcing people to pick something that is not correct is forcing a change on an account that may not be broken and will not expose the flaws that you most likely having with your system
Your AI goes around and asked for the site and then resets to ask the same set of questions no progressing the situation forward and cannot address the fact that again your contact submission is sub par
