This us a huge SCAM! I've been emailing them consistently for about a YEAR, still NOTHING. I completed webull ($45 reward expected/promised) & Freecash ($25 reward expected/promised).of course they webull as completed MONTHS ago but still no reward. I did everything correctly on my end fir freecash also but still NOTHING. It's been wel over 6 months.

Over a year ago I signed up for Survey Junkie & was asked by a STEADY customer service agent (AFTER WEEKS OF WAITING FOR A RESPONSE) to show proof of signup & I had to contact the company & ask for a document stating when my signup was, I sent that to STEADY then was told there's no evidence of signing up through STEADY! What is wrong here?

I completed the Novo booster which was a $50 reward… but I didn’t get it. As I’m looking through my boosters in the Steady app, it clearly says that the booster is marked completed. However, I did not receive any payment nor did I receive an email from Steady informing me that that booster was done. But to make matters worse… I have sent them several emails about this issue and have received no response, but I’ve been reading reviews and things on online about Steady and apparently they’ve become notorious for not paying for completed boosters. So I’m hoping that the outcome of me writing this complaint either save someone else’s time so that they don’t get their hopes up just to be down by Steady for not getting paid or either Steady pays what they owe me. completed 3 income boosters (actuslly more than 3, but I can only prove 3 right off hand) Freecash, Webull, & Survey Junkie. I still haven't gotten any response regarding the freecash offer not showing as completed & even emailed them screenshots of the completed offer where I had to withdrawal $2 or more l, and then I was told to contact survey junkie to obtain proof & date of sign up. I reached out to survey junkie but no one has responded just yet. Why do we have to keep providing high amounts of proof then for them to tell me I need more proof?! Tired of this. I never was paid for InboxDollars from months ago, never was paid for Novo either. I don't have any other proof for the last two mentioned, although they should be getting notified by these offer companies of our signup & status but it isn't so with this app. We have to do the legwork. And if we don't come up with the proof they asked for, it's our tough luck I guess right? Not a happy camper, here.

The irs requires you to verify your identity with id me. Twice I did their virtual in person verification. The irs never received the verification. Id me customer told me to take it up with the irs. The irs needs id me to send my results back. 23 times I have contacted id me customer service, and they refuse to admit they screwed up, and they also refuse to help in anyway.

They did not honor offer I completed the Varo offer (get a $75 giftcard after spending $25 with my varo card). I have not received the $75 giftcard.

I completed one of their incentives and they refuse to pay. I invested my money into something based solely on their incentive and the do not want to pay.

I COMPLETED THE INCOME BOOSTER AND WAS PROMISED $75.00, I CONTACTED VARO BANK FIRST AND THEY SAY I NEED TO CONTACT the Steady App to get my refund.. I email them because Steady App has no phone I get a return email stating they are busy. No Phone?

I am filing this complaint because I set an account up with steady and completed two boosters with them and never received my money for them and they never answer any emails I put my personal information on these boosters such as my social security number and I want my money.

Urban league partnered with steady app to give stimulus money for the guaranteed income program been waiting on my money for 21 days and counting they do not answer emails I wish they would have chose a better platform because steady app isn't guaranteed to do anything there are a million reports of ppl not getting their boosters I have a 50 dollar booster as well not paid out. Disgusting there is nothing guaranteed about this app

I completed the Steady income booster for signing up to complete my first Doordash delivery. I completed my delivery the same day. I reached out to Steady for my booster payment. They refuse to pay because they do not have a screenshot of the "Welcome congratulations" email from Doordash. If you read the terms and conditions, it does not state that Steady must have an email screenshot. I've completed all the necessary steps from my end but Steady refuses to pay. I would like the money that was promised to me for completion. I've attached proofs and Doordash stating when the account was made and if it's active. This company just wants you to link your bank account so they can steal your information.

Steady App claims to provide aid to users for finding "side gigs" and earn more income. However, the app requests bank information and other personal information as part of registration. The "service" it provides is non-existent as there is nothing on their app that a simple *** search couldn't find. Feeling duped for having provided so much information. I have submitted a request via email (02/04/2022) to have this company delete my information. The company responded on (02/05/2022) by asking for information it already had -- my email and my name. This information was on the email itself -- since they responded on that email and refered to me by name. So I replied and gave them the information again. Today is Feb 11 and the company had yet to respond and my account is still active. I want all my information off their servers.

I was awarded a *** from *** of ***, who in turn has some sort of partnership or affiliation with Steady Platform, *** Steady Platform, *** is some sort of financial intermediary. Steady Platform requested my bank information which I provided to them several times, only for them to prevent me from further accessing my account and denying me access to the awarded *** funds. Steady app has refused to respond to any emails I've sent, and they have dubious contact information online. I've tried calling several phone numbers, none to any avail. ***, ***, ***, *** are the numbers I called, and NONE of them are valid. When attempting to rectify the situation with CRNY, they offer empty apologies for the ***onvenience and redirect me to Steady Platform, *** for any recourse.

Several transactions have been taken out of my account unknowingly since I signed up for the Steady App on November 26th. It's an app to make money, they use Plaid and have you hook up your bank accounts so they can pay you. I tried a couple things to make money from the app but none of them worked like they said. I read online everywhere this place is a scam. I received packages shipped from *** and ***. One of the addresses I still have:DEPT *** #*** 90058.This particular package had a sports bra and leggings that had no brand name on them or no tags as if they were not new or even for sale? I did not order them. The tracking number for this package is through *** Then underneath that shipping label there's another that looks like it's in Chinese. That tracking # is: YT21321272264287 It doesn't have an option for me to even delete my account. I reached out to the company about this and no response. I now have to carefully sift through all of my transactions on my account and find all those that were fraudelent and I did not approve! Many people online are having the same issue with this application it seems.
