I submitted (5) trouble tickets all reference to my ID.me account are temporarily suspended. I answered their automated five questions and submitted the ticket, hoping someone would reach out to me but no response at all for the past week.
Secondly, this all references to me logging into my SSA log-in account from ID.me. I am trying to apply for my retirement pension but am unable since my ID.me is suspended for reasons unexplained. I have been using VPN for a while and the last time I logged into my ID.me account was about 12 days ago without any issues.
If this the type of service ID.me is providing with only AI response then ID.me ticketing responses is not being helpful either. I prefer communicating with service support tech instead. This company should provide a contact number since their ticketing service is unsatisfactory. No one should have to repeatedly submit the same ticket over again just to get a response. I need to log into my SSA account immediately. I called SSA serve support they could not help me either since ID.me is the primary of my account.
