ID.me review: Not getting assistance.

I started a while back to open my id. me account. I was able to change the e mail But, when it came to federal, it was a different matter. The e mail associated with that account has been gone, I have tried everything that I can do on this end, even contacting google, and there was nothing they can do. The e mail is : [protected]@gmail, com. Then I go to reset the password as recommended, The number to reset it goes to the e mail address. I cannot access the e mail, so I cannot reset to get into my account. I feel that someone got access and messed everything. I am asking, begging for help. Everything I have been sent by e mail, has been helpful, in normal circumstances. I have said I cannot change the password, I even tried the "passkey"? and it still did not work. Please, Please, I need help. and I have only one choice, and that is to change that e mail address, since I cannot access, and I dont know who has access before.
