IDP.com review: Withheld of my results

I took my IELTS test on February 22, 2025, and my results were supposed to be released on March 7, 2025. However, instead of receiving my results, I was informed that they were placed under investigation without any clear explanation.

Since then, I have submitted all requested documents, including official proof of my university deadline, and I have sent multiple emails to the Investigations Team. Despite my repeated attempts to get an update, I have been completely ignored.

This delay is destroying my academic future. My university has strict deadlines, and without my IELTS certificate, I will lose my opportunity to enroll this year, forcing me to wait another year. The Investigations Team does not seem to care about how much stress and anxiety this is causing me. I have followed all the required procedures, paid for the test, and waited patiently, yet I am being treated unfairly and left without answers.

I demand that IDP IELTS take responsibility and provide urgent updates. It is completely unacceptable to put test takers through such an uncertain and stressful situation. This must be addressed immediately.
