My kid is a student at a Uni in *** and I bought the package from SWAK at the start of the year for a few baskets to be sent during her school year as encouragement/support. Since the start of the school year, she's only got one package. I tried to contact this company but they completely ignored me, no response at all. This company is a scam, they take your money and don't deliver.

In the past 2 weeks, I left like 3 phone messages and my husband left 1. I sent 3 messages through the website contact page, and they said 2 of 'em went through. But I ain't got no emails or calls back. I just want my money back or the gift package to be delivered. Either way works for me.

She assured me the check was in the mail. It's been over 30 days and I have not received check. I called SWAK last week and spoke with ***. She once again stated "check is in the mail and mail is slow these days". Mail might be slow but it is not this slow. This company never responds to emails and it is very rare for them to even answer their customer service phone number. I want my refund!

I ordered dorm room items from SWAK on July 25, 2022. I didn't get the LED Dorm Clip, worth $37.49, and it wasn't on the packing slip. I asked SWAK for a refund, but they said they couldn't because the order was disputed with the credit card company. They said, "Since you didn't pay for the order, we can't refund any items." I did dispute it with the credit card company at first because the item was billed as from "***," but I actually bought it from SWAK University Services. On August 15th, I realized it was a valid order and called the credit card company to pay SWAK. The credit card company says SWAK got paid in full on August 15th, 2022. I contacted SWAK on September 22nd about this problem, but they still haven't refunded me. I disputed the $37.49 with my credit card company. I want SWAK to fix this with the credit card company so I can get the $37.49 credit that I'm owed.

About a year ago, I started getting calls from SWAK University Services (SUS). I tried using some apps to block those annoying calls, but they messed up my phone and my *** services. So, I had to delete them. Now, for the past 6 months or so, I get like 15 to 40 calls every day from SUS. The real issue is when I call the 800 number on the SUS Contact page, it connects them to my phone. And when I pick up, it says "SWAK University, press 1 to answer, etc...". The problem is, these calls show up on my phone as regular names, not as SUS calls, until I actually answer. We know for sure this is happening because my wife tried calling the 800 number while I was right next to her, and it rang my phone but showed her name on the screen. It's super annoying! I want them to remove my phone number from their transfer service. My wife has tried reaching out to them multiple times through their website, but they never respond. I bought an Ultimate Package for my daughter, which was 6 care packages for her dorm. Order #*** After I bought it, the university moved her to a different dorm on campus. My daughter got her first care package with no problem and we were happy with what we got. My daughter was supposed to get her second care package the week before Halloween. I got an email from UPS that this item was being sent to my daughter on 10/25/2022. Tracking *** I noticed that it was being sent to her old address. I emailed swak at *** that the address it was sent to was wrong and I gave them the right address. I haven't gotten a response from them. On 11/4, I saw an email from UPS that the package was being sent back to the sender. I then called swaku at their customer support number of *** and my only option was to leave a voicemail, which I did saying that my daughter didn't get her package and to please contact me. I heard nothing. On 11/7 I got a notification that the package was delivered back to the sender. On 11/10, I tried contacting SWAK again, I contacted them 2 different ways, first was through their website support form and got a confirmation email back, with *** the reference number. I also sent a text to them at *** on 11/10 too. I did hear back from the text sent to *** saying that the packages were sent and delivered and blaming the dorm staff for the issue, ignoring my statement that the package was sent to the wrong place and was actually delivered back to them. I texted them back saying that my daughter did check at that dorm and there was no package. I haven't gotten any responses from the company since. I've attached my original email as my receipt.
