Totally scammed by Marci and her Mother Marie! I trusted a breeder more than Pet stores but they have failed to prove me wrong, its all THE SAME, BREEDER or PET STORES. The puppy was diagnosed with stage 2-4 heart murmur and umbilical hernia. I was tricked so well to not look at the vet health certification because it did not have to be signed so I failed to see. Marci and Marie both "mentioned" and I highlight mentioned because they nonchalantly mentioned "oh the puppy MIGHT have a heart murmur but she had the hiccups so we're not sure, when you get your vet to check her out don't mention anything, just let her figure it out" WOW really! I brought her to the vet the same day and of course my vet pronounced her "unfit for sale"! I calmly and with civil manners called her and asked if she was willing to pay for the vet bills to properly diagnosed her, the vet even recommended I call the breeders right away since I had the right as a NJ consumer. Of course, they chuckled no way are they paying for bills, so I said I will return the dog for a full refund. And of course, I was still denied. I drove 1.5 hours back to their house to solve the problem and of course they are denying me refund, that I was fully aware of the illness and their vet

Who is suppose to be in a court case about this because she was acknowledged of the heart murmur and has buyers remorse.

Anna park purchased the dog knowing that the dog had a heart murmur and it was not only on the health certificate but written with "sold with the knowledge of" where she signed underneath.

FYI, it's not an "outie belly button" and not grade 1 that you clearly underlined, it's an UMBILICAL HERNIA AND GRADE TWO TO FOUR HEART MURMUR. So if you're going to put some type of "proof" at least be correct! Where did you study and obtain your license in veterinary medicine?!

Anna Park came with her mother to purchase a female Shih Tzu puppy. They spent more that an hour looking and going over the two puppies that were left. Every aspect of this sale is in writing and the buyers were fully aware of the health of both pups. They even went out on the front porch to "discuss" which pup to buy. They came back inside after about 15 mins. and announced they wanted the one with the most white. No one had a gun to their head and no one hid anything from them. My vet cleared this pup for sale and gave me a Health Certificate which both Anna Park and her mom read. My contract is a few pages long and I wrote in the space "sold with the knowledge off" murmer and hernia, both of which will never impact the health of this puppy. Anna Park signed this statement no less than a half inch from this acknowledgment and now she claims she was duped, give it a break. When she was on her way to return the pup I got the Consumer Election form ready for her to sign and because of the threats I added a clause that she will not slander me or my dogs. When she got back to my home she refused to sign the Election form and grabbed the pup and ran out of the house threatening me all the way. Her boyfriend said he was sorry but he stated that is the way she is and that is the way she handles things when she doesn't get her own way. I wished him luck.

FYI my mother is just visiting for the holidays and has nothing to do with my dogs or puppies. She is retired and riding her Harley all over the place enjoying life. Slandering her will get you a lawsuit, can you afford that?

WOW, not only are you a scammer but a pathological LIAR! HAHAHAHAHAHA man I hope karma will one day get you! "They even went out on the front porch to "discuss" which pup to buy. They came back inside after about 15 mins. and announced they wanted the one with the most white. No one had a gun to their head and no one hid anything from them." NEVER HAPPENED! You are delusional. Your mother is not involved but yet the "father" of the puppies lives in her house right! I should have known you were a scammer when you couldn't answer professional questions as a "breeder" about dogs! Didn't your mother once try to sue someone for posting negative comments about her and her dogs, I believe Mr. Mintz! It was in newspaper, written in Friday, October 15, 2010 | Philadelphia Inquirer | by Amy Worden. I believe she did lose that case! It was thrown out of court! yeah yeah try again~ "Retired" yeah puppet, keep talking for her!

For Everyone's Information- Laurie Gilbert Pallante has harassed, slandered and stalked Donna Roberts since 2007. Her then boyfriend Louis bought a 5 month old Havanese from Donna for a reduced price of $650. The pup was fine when he took it home but shortly after that Laurie started her crap that the pup was so sick that it could not walk and had to be fed with a spoon. Then they waited 10 days from the date of purchase to take this poor sick puppy to the vet. On the first vet visit to Bryan Animal Hospital Dr. Diane Horn checked the pup out and gave him a booster shot, (please note that if the pup was really sick a booster shot would not be given) The pup did come up with two parasites which are quite common and the medicine cost $43.00 which Donna sent them a check but the check was returned and a demand for a full refund and all vet bills for the dogs life should be paid. Donna then offered them their money back and for them to return the pup and go buy another pup somewhere else. Laurie exploded and has done everything in her power to cause trouble for Donna, from filing false charges with the SPCA to making bogus complaints with the NJ State Attorney's Office All of which was a total waste of time as Donna was found innocent of all charges and to this day Laurie keeps it up. Laurie just cannot except the fact that Donna did nothing wrong, she is just mad that she didn't get her own way and a full refund for a pup that she didn't even buy. Oh and by the way the pup is now almost 12 years old and doing fine. In fact she has stated that he is the best dog they have ever owned. Wow, that's something else.

9 years old. You are a convicted animal abuser, your kennel was just recently quarantined and you were still selling...I found more people that you sold sick puppies to and one passed away. I don't care about money unlike you...justice will prevail. Yes, this person is still selling puppies and using aliases. Right, Donna Marie?

You are such an #####. Donna was never convicted of any animal abuse, another lie, you just are mad because none of your lies including the ones to the NJ State Attorney have amounted to nothing and Donna was found innocent of all your lies. Oh that quarantine was bogus and they will be paying for that one . As far as money that is all you screamed about and I bet that is why it took you 10 days to get the pup to the vet because you didn't have the money. That's why you were given a $300 discount because you looked like you couldn't afford the dog.

That's how stupid this all is. Donna hasn't breed any dogs since 2007 and that is the truth. Your hatred for her is making your mind play tricks on it. There are many friends, family and other people around Donna that breed dogs and breed good, solid pups, just like the one you got.

A 65-year-old New Jersey woman faces an animal cruelty charge after authorities say they found 44 dead dogs in plastic bags in her freezers and more than 160 dogs living in deplorable conditions in and around her home.

Detectives helping out the Burlington County Health Department with an inspection Tuesday made the grisly discoveries at the Oakshade Road home of Donna Roberts in Shamong Township. State Police say the smell of animal feces and ammonia permeated the entire residence, and several first responders actually got nauseous and dizzy because of the odor.

Ultimately, detectives found more than 160 living dogs in the residence. Four of them were in critical condition and had to be taken to an emergency clinic; the rest were evaluated and treated at the scene by animal shelter workers.

Roberts was released from custody with a future court date. It wasn't immediately clear if she had an attorney who could comment on the allegations.

It's still not clear how the 44 dogs died, but investigators say that's not the point.

"Although the circumstances surrounding the demise of the 44 dogs that were discovered inside plastic bags in freezers remain under investigation, the deplorable and inhumane living conditions the rescued dogs were forced to endure is tragic, " Colonel Patrick Callahan of the New Jersey State Police said in a statement. "Troopers take an oath to protect and safeguard life, including the lives and well-being of pets, which can be vulnerable to abuse."

Thank you for adding this, Donna (Marie) is awaiting a trial date. She's been doing this for many, many years and taught her children how to lie, scam and breed sick puppies while making lots of money off the backs of poor dogs. Marci now resides at that address, apparently, God knows what's going on while we continue to wait.

I love my puppy from Marci, she is the best dog I have ever had. When I read this "story" it is clear to me that Marci didn't hide anything, the pup was cleared to be sold by the vet and Anna Parks acknowledged this when she signed the paper, every aspect of this sale was legal. Anna Parks had "buyers remorse" and because Marci did not jump to her every wish she posted this garbage and don't get me started on the other idiot Laurie Pallante she is so obsessed with this family even after 10 years she is still trying her best to cause trouble for them, thank God the authorities now have a clear picture of what is going on and the harassment this woman is trying to do is being ignored.

Well, it took awhile and a lot of dogs lost their lives and suffered, some still are suffering, but, Donna who is the liar ? You were convicted in 01 but, somehow got away with only paying a fine. You continued and look what you have done, it's disgusting. You were finally caught. I told you we wouldn't stop until justice is served and we won't. You can call me anything you want we know the truth. Anyone with information, please contact the Burlington County and Camden County Prosecutors offices. I'll leave it there, for now.

Marci tried to sell me a puppy who was not well. I had given her a 200.00 deposit for a puppy and when I saw the puppy it had a hernia and a horrible cough. Poor puppy couldn’t go a few steps without coughing and coughing. When I said I did not want a sick puppy just my deposit back she said I could have another puppy or lose my deposit. The house was staged puppies In playpens, no parents on premises and puppies brought to view in a dishpan to see? The smell was horrible, and I just wanted out of that place! I certainly hope she has been stopped!
