Unauthorized public display of detailed personal information
First of all, I am not an importer or exporter or a company for that matter. My detailed personal information was made public without my permission or authorization, https://www.importgenius.com/importers/agnieszka-lichanska. this is unacceptable use of personal information.
ImportGenius does not protect individual details as required by law. the information posted publicly by ImportGenius can be the basis for identity theft.
Desired outcome: Removal of my information.

Also all good reviews here are made by then dont trust this people they are a big scam and steal your personal information. I contact the guy he say my information will be removed in 48 hours thats never happen i ask then to remove my information from the other page they own too name importkey.com/ but they dont even care. Now wait whats next.

Don't use this company.
I wanted to try ImportGenius and paid for a monthly subscription. Tried their service and did not like it at all, it was not as I expected. But they continued to take payment every month until I noticed! I emailed them and demanded my money back, but received no response and they still owe me! Then I contacted my credit card company and blocked ImportGenius from stealing my money!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.

In regards to the billing, all of our accounts are monthly subscriptions which continue until we receive notice to cancel -- however, you stated that you sent us an email which was ignored. We take it very serious here to handle every concern that arises from our clients and find it very disconcerning that no response has been received.

I'd like to share my honest experience with ImportGenius. I noticed a discrepancy between their claim of being a USA-based company and the fact that their team operates from China, which raised questions about trustworthiness. Communication through WeChat was unprofessional and dodgy. The data provided was limited, confusing, and lacked critical details, making it challenging to use effectively. When I sought a refund due to the service not meeting my expectations, the process was exceptionally difficult, with continued charges forcing me to block my card. While I aim to provide constructive feedback, my overall experience with ImportGenius left me feeling disappointed and frustrated.

The website www.importgenius.com is scam, and better avoid them. I sent some belongings through them, and they published my personal import data. And they did it without warning me. I don’t think that it is appropriate, and they need to protect personal information, but not to post it for everyone. Please leave comments about this website, because people should be aware when they deal with such irresponsive people.
