Wan shu-[protected] and case number:wan shu-[protected], I have 2 gift cards, one is $500 and the other is $300, they can't use it anymore, I called customer service on january 31st and february 1st and they said that my account was frozen because of some acceptable activities and asked send me a replacement card, I gave them my address, but I haven't been able to wait for this replacement card because the snow in my city is affecting the post office delivery, I call them back and ask them where is my card, I asked to change my address street, change 32n to 30n, a female customer service representative wanted to create 2 case numbers for me, I don’t know why, and then asked me to send documents, I did, and then I called back to ask I received my card, and a male customer service representative replied to me that they were delayed, and confirmed the end number of the new card with me, telling me that it would arrive within a week, and if I couldn’t receive it, I would call back to tell him and replace them with another cards. But I never received the cards, about after one week, I called them again, I waited them 30mins to be told to submit the documents that I have already submitted, I sent the receipt card and my address proof and my id again, but it kept going can't wait for a reply, it's been 45 days without any reply, I feel like they swallowed my $800 just like that.
Desired outcome: replacement new cards for me
