On January 22, 2024, I parked at Indigo Parking Lot #333 and paid $22.74. I accidentally entered the incorrect license plate when I made the payment. After work, I came to my car and I noticed a parking violation for $70.00. It was an honest mistake, having more than one vehicle. I could understand if I hadn't paid, that I should receive a parking notice...

I am a pass holder and the holder doesn’t stay on the rear view mirror well and falls easily. That day it obviously fell and I didn’t know. I called and advised the company but the fellow in the other end was rude and would not void it…my company pays for this pass monthly.
Ticket says it should be paid in 10 days otherwise late fees will be applied. I went online to pay before the 10 days and the increase was already applied. I called the service center and left a message, no return call.

Hello,
I have tried emailing and calling the company. I was out to dinner with friends at a restaurant in this parking lot- state and main. I was a little earlier than my friends to get a table. There was no registration for my car needed or available. Nowhere was it stated that they provide parking validation and there was no machine to register my car with. We were patrons at a business in this parking lot so it makes no sense why you would limit a stay to 2 hours on the dot. For whatever reason only my vehicle received this ticket also.

on Jun10,2023 I received a Parking Notice ticket from your Company it was issued at 6:30 PM as they say the Location at 339 Bridlewood Point of View. Lot#(CCA339-00)/ Patroller #C79.
I was invited by my family to [protected] St SW in Calgary for dinner. and I was parking at Visting Parking which is free for everyone visiting comes to the building, And I receive this Ticket which is I have to pay $70 for what ? and why ?. so am complaining about this ticket which is not far because of visiting my family. please avoid this ticket from me.

Received in the mail Nov. 22, 2021 a "Final Notice" for a Parking Violation. The violation was not committed by me. The letter clearly threatens to jeopardize my credit standing and also threatens my vehicle is at a high risk of being towed. It states the violation is "Parking Receipt Expired". Which means parking was paid for and expired yet the balance due is $110.00. The apparent date of the violation was August 22 Notice #***. Yet this final notice is dated Nov. 17, 2021 and the payment due date is tomorrow Nov. 24th. This is an exorbitant fee for an expired parking time regardless and a ridiculous amount of time between the alleged violation and this notification.

I arrived to the lot at 1:00pm for a meeting. I have provide documented proof to Indigo that I was not parked in the lot at 11:45. The records include time stamps of where I was from 11:43-12:37, after which I drove to the lot for my 1:00pm meeting. Despite this, Indigo has refused to cancel the ticket. In addition, the referred me to online pictures showing that my car was parked there at 11:45 and no such pictures exist on their website. The only pictures are those taken at the time the ticket was issued (2:10pm). At that time I had only been parked for 1 hour and 10 minutes in a 2 hour zone. I am asking only that this ticket be canceled because it was issued in error.
On Sunday Oct 25 I parked in one of the Indigo managed lots (lot ***). I purchased a ticket for the lot at 2:22 PM and the ticket was good until 4:22 PM. I came out to my car at 3:30 PM and saw a parking ticket on my window. The ticket was printed at 2:25 PM. I have several complaints. 1. The parking attend patroller # *** followed my car like I am some sort of criminal and he still ticketed me even though I purchased a ticket. 2. When I called in to dispute that ticket at 4:02 PM and attended to leave a phone message Indigo hung up on me. 3. I called again and talked to the emergency agent and she could not do anything for me telling me I have to call back on Monday. 4. I attended to send Indigo an email via their online form after talking to the agent that could not do anything for me and was not able to. After typing the letter the form does not provide any feedback as to whether I was successful at submission or not. I have not received any type of acknowledgement from my online submission. 5. I called back on Monday waited 10 minutes and again the phone hung up on me. I made 4 more attends to to reach someone and had to wait 5-10 minutes each time and the phone would ring and then hang up on me. My complaints are the questionable ticket they gave me and how they have made it almost impossible for me to contest the violation. I am not happy and will keep on complaining so that all parties including the mall management is aware of the poor business practices and extremely poor customer service I have with Indigo Parking Calgary. I have proof for the ticket I purchase and receipts for my purchases in the mall I was at. If this is the way I am tried as a customer I rather go online in the future for my purchases. That being said I ended up getting a $220 parking violation, How can you charge me for parking violations in your lot if the mechanism for payment is broken? I've sent and Email and left 2 voicemails explaining my situation and have received one call back or reply. NOW if i don't pay this will go to collections and will affecting my credit.. This is unacceptable behavior for a Company to conduct business and from my current experience there no customer service... If there is to many calls coming into your call center maybe you should adjust the amount of agents logged in on your peak times?!?!?

I parked at 7:40am in the Indigo lot located at *** on Tuesday Feb 11. The lot was covered in snow since Indigo never clears their lots. No parking lines were visible. As I left work, a parking notice was left on my car at 3:40pm. The snow had begun clearing due to warmer weather in the afternoon. I'm not sure why Indigo would send a patroller to give tickets claiming that I've taken up 2 stalls when no one could clearly see parking lines in the morning. This appears to be a deliberate attempt to gouge customers. I took photos of other vehicles taking up as many as 4 stalls, and some were not given tickets. This is a dishonest business practice. I disputed this notice at Indigo's downtown office. They gave every excuse to justify this notice and did not justify why some cars were ticketed and others were not. They also did not take responsibility for their parking lot being covered in snow, however, they still expect customers to determine where parking lines are.

On March 31,2021 I parked in Indigo's lot at the corner of 14 St. & 11 Ave. SW, I then entered the *** store & registered my vehicle I was having a problem & so the Security guard helped me out, Upon arriving back at my car I noticed something on my windshield, removed it & found it was a $70.00 parking ticket # ***, I went back into the *** & spoke to a staff member who told me I would have to call Indigo direct, went back to my car & called Indigo explained the situation to the the lady on the phone who told me the best she could do was lower the price of the ticket to $30.00 I told her that was not exceptable, I then went back into the *** & spoke to the manager who told me there had been a simular problem earlier that day, she then phoned Indigo & got told they would only reduce the ticket to $30.00, she then asked for a service tech to come out & check the machines as this was the second time that day there had been a problem.

I was at Lot 3, Central Place parkade to pick up my son
I was at Lot 3, Central Place parkade to pick up my son. This is where my 4 y.o son attends daycare. I entered the parkade at about 4:30pm on Jul. 6 and tried to exit about 10 min later. At the gate, it said I owed $12.80. When I looked at the ticket, it said my entry time as 13:29. I pressed the help button at the gate but the lady was not very helpful insisting that I had to pay the ticket before I could exit (I was not able to pay at gate). I dialed help again at the pay station, another lady answered and said would let me out when I'm back at the gate. Went back to the gate and the call was answered by the first lady who won't let me out so I had to drag my son together to the pay station again. I'm sure there would be other parents from daycare who may complain. It's not fair that the machine malfunction with the incorrect time ended up costing us over $10 for 10 min parking to pick up our kid. Please call or email me regarding the refund arrangement.

I was using Indigo parking for my apartment, i used the Secured above ground parking for a couple month until my car and a few other cars had their window smashed out and raided. I called and made a complaint to Indigo and they offered me below ground, gated, secured parking. they failed to mention that the gate has been broken and left un repaired for the two months i used the "Secured" lot. in those two months my car was broken into twice, one with another window being smashed out. I went straight into the office to cancel my agreement with Indigo and the lady at the front desk assured me that i will be compensated in reduced charged for the two months the gate was not operational. they continued to charge me and tag on interest and late fees that is sitting with collections now. i have been trying to contact Indigo and was refused a manager contact and that its "Indisputable". I called the collection agency *** and the agent told me "Sue us". I am willing to pay what i used for un secured parking in the time that was agreed, not 780$ worth of interest and penalties because they did not want to resolve this issue but ignore me and give me the run around.

parking notice #xxxxxwas given to my wife for failing to register her vehicle in a free 2 hour parking zone. the self register kiosk at the time was out of order (16:45 of the day in question, ticket was issued at 17:10) and there is no signage for customers to phone in and report broken kiosk or register via another kiosk in parkade. When I've phoned into the company and got an agent, the only thing stated to me from the agent is that there is signage for building customers to register at another kiosk in the event the main kiosk was out of order. I have since gone back to the site 5 days after the notice and documented in photos that no such signage exists and that the parking notice was given in error. Site documentation also includes photos of the "standby" kiosk and the lack of signage at the paid parkade kiosk indicating this is a backup for the main self register kiosk. I will be willing to share with the company my photos of the site and lack of proper signage. Subsequent messages left on the companies voicemail have been left unanswered. I have attempted to leave an email for a manager to get back to me in regards to resolving this dispute but it has been over a week unanswered. I was able to finally get a hold of an agent today and they stated that they will not provide me with the dispute resolution process and that they are unable to have a manager call me as it is company policy for managers not to call customers with issues in dispute but to use the website. Unfortunately my attempt to contact them through the website has also been left unanswered for over a week and the agent has also stated that there is no timeline for any correspondence through the website.

Parking notice for Indigos lot on August 18. This is a strip mall parking lot, currently underutilized. I'm working on a construction project nearby. The lot is mostly used by construction workers; otherwise, it would be vacant. Recently, construction started in the lot, reducing parking spaces and adding fences. My company is responsible for both this construction and another project nearby. Despite different owners and independent operations, workers aren't briefed on parking changes. I've paid for parking, only to find no available space, similar to a store selling products it doesn't stock. On August 18, after paying, I searched for 15 minutes and eventually parallel parked carefully at the lot's edge. I paid at 7:14 AM but received a ticket at 10:57 AM, which was hidden under my car's hood and found by my mechanic the next day. Indigo refunded my parking fee when I complained, but I want the ticket canceled and parking capacity adjusted to reflect actual availability. It's unfair to charge for non-existent parking.
