Inland Debt Management is a total ripoff!
Inland Debt Management is a total ripoff! They take your hard-earned cash and don't even use it for what they promise. It's a real bummer, let me tell ya.
I had high hopes for this company, but boy was I wrong. They make all these fancy promises about how they'll manage your debt and help you get back on track. But in reality, they just take your money and run. It's like they don't even care about their customers.
I trusted them with my finances, and they let me down big time. They didn't do a single thing they said they would. It's frustrating and downright infuriating. I mean, who does that? Who takes advantage of people who are already struggling?
I wish I had never heard of Inland Debt Management. They're a bunch of crooks, plain and simple. They don't deserve anyone's trust or hard-earned money. Save yourself the trouble and stay far away from these scammers.
I hope this review serves as a warning to others. Don't make the same mistake I did. Find a reputable company that actually cares about its customers and will do what they promise. Inland Debt Management is definitely not that company.
They did a grate job of getting me out of debt
They did a grate job of getting me out of debt. *** did a grate job. Thanks guys.

Review:
I've been receiving so many spam calls from this company, it's driving me crazy. If they keep it up, I might just pay them a visit in person.
I went to Inland Debt Management and boy, was I disappointed!
I went to Inland Debt Management and boy, was I disappointed! They straight up lied about everything they do. And to top it off, they took my hard-earned money! Now I'm stuck having to hire a lawyer just to try and get my money back from those scammers.
Many misunderstandings have happened since I have used them the past 2 years
Many misunderstandings have happened since I have used them the past 2 years. I have been unhappy many times but things seem to have finally settled down and I am seeing some progress.

I just wanna say that everyone I talked to at Inland Debt Management has been super easy to talk to and patient with all my questions
I just wanna say that everyone I talked to at Inland Debt Management has been super easy to talk to and patient with all my questions. But man, it's been over 8 months and I still haven't seen a single debt settled. They charge me fees every month, and after paying $595 a month for 8 months, I only have less than $800 in my settlement escrow account. And not a single debt settled, can you believe it? If I quit the program, I'll lose all the fees I've paid, and I won't have anything to show for it. I was really hoping things would move along a bit faster, you know?
I'm giving them one star because zero wasn't an option
I'm giving them one star because zero wasn't an option. I got a notice from Reliant, the third party account holder, about my statement balance. I paid them $3,820.77, but a whopping 75% of my payments (or $2,855.12) went towards their fees in the past year. Can you believe it? Their fees could've covered the cost of negotiating just one account. My actual RAM account only has $803.30. And guess what? I'm getting sued by a company now, and Inland Debt Mgt has no solution. When I asked for my money back, they said they don't think that'll happen. I'm determined to fight against this predatory practice, so I strongly advise against using these accounts. Calling them doesn't help at all!
If the *** and a skeezy car salesman with a prison record had a lovechild, it would be Inland Debt Management
If the *** and a skeezy car salesman with a prison record had a lovechild, it would be Inland Debt Management. Inland Debt Management is a textbook "predatory" business. Reliant (***), a third-party "trust" business that IDM used to hold my funds, is easy to work with and honest. At first, I mistakenly thought IDM was a "debt management" organization, not a "debt settlement" business. I didn't understand the difference back then. IDM told me to stop communicating with my creditors, which I did. Around 4 months later, my creditors sent me notices asking why I stopped paying them. When I called IDM, the call quickly turned into an argument. They gave me a ridiculous hard sell "recap" of their services, although the person I argued with finally clarified that they were a "debt settlement" business after several demands. I wasn't okay with this, but since I was already 4 months in, I decided to continue. I don't think IDM ever contacted my creditors to update them. After 6 months, I received a statement from *** showing that IDM took about *** in "management" fees. IDM hadn't done anything for me except open the *** account, yet they charged me thousands of dollars. Two weeks ago, I asked for a full refund, but as of March 20, 2022, they haven't complied. I doubt they will. I ended my agreement with IDM and hired a lawyer to resolve this.

I paid them 297 a month for 9 months
I paid them 297 a month for 9 months. They were supposed to settle my debts. Now I'm being sued for a loan they were supposed to be taking care of. Also, having my wages garnished. They took my money for months and didn't do anything with it.
I've had $293 deducted from my account since January , which should total $3,820.77
I've had $293 deducted from my account since January , which should total $3,820.77. Inland Debt Management paid themselves FIRST in the amount of $2,855.12, which is 75% of the amount I have paid into this account, leaving me with no money to negotiate the debt they were hired to manage. When I brought their attention to the fact that I am being sued by the creditor and sent them documentation, they failed to respond. When the creditor offered a 70% reduction to resolve the debt, Inland Debt Management couldn't jump on it because they used the money to enrich themselves instead of resolving the debt. At this time, I would like a complete refund to resolve the debt myself. Inland Debt Management has not held to their agreement to resolve the debt in my favor.
I started with Inland 'bout 9 months ago
I started with Inland 'bout 9 months ago. One of my accounts couldn't be settled. So, I had to start makin' payments on that account again. 'Cause it wasn't my fault, I expected them to report the late payments on my credit report to fix the account or somethin'. But Inland said no to negotiatin' the 7 months missed payments for me. Now that I gotta start payin' again, I asked 'em to lower my monthly payment to make up for it. I sent 'em lots of emails to change my payment amount before they take the full amount from my bank. But no one's responded. They've ignored me too many times. I don't like havin' to call 'em just to get a response.

I've been giving money to this group for a whole year now, and they were supposed to combine three of my credit cards
I've been giving money to this group for a whole year now, and they were supposed to combine three of my credit cards. But now, a year later, they haven't paid anything towards them. I even received a summons for one of the cards. Despite me paying them around $500 every month, totaling over ***, they claim they're not a payment plan and haven't made any payments at all. I have to constantly call them every two to three days, but still no progress. I have a court date on April 8th, and I'm trying to get them to respond, but they're taking their time. I've sent them all the documents I've received, but they don't bother calling or contacting them. They told me not to communicate with them, but I'm really upset now that they've gotten me into this mess. Thanks for your help with this issue.
In April 2022, I joined the Inland Debt Management program
In April 2022, I joined the Inland Debt Management program. My contract was for 3 years, with a monthly payment of $205. Over 9 months, I paid a total of $1845. However, in December 2022, I informed them that one of my creditors was garnishing my wages. It was then that they told me I no longer qualified for their program. So, I asked for a refund. They sent me a refund of $285, which made me really angry. They claimed the rest was for fees. They didn't settle any of my accounts, and once they said I didn't qualify anymore, I started repaying my creditors on my own. The amount they refunded me should have been kept for fees, which is a whopping $1560 for 9 months. It's outrageous and takes advantage of consumers. I even filed a complaint with the Governor of *** to make him aware of what this company is doing in his state.
I got contacted by this company for a loan to consolidate my debts
I got contacted by this company for a loan to consolidate my debts. They sent me the paperwork and I called to cancel the agreement. I spoke to a Manager who spent a long time explaining what they could do for me. They said that with the amount of money I could pay, they could settle a lot of my debt and close my accounts within 6 months. They also promised to help improve my bad credit rating. They charged me a $50 monthly fee for maintenance. Yesterday, I received a statement from a third party saying that Inland had taken a big chunk of the money I deposited, leaving only $936.37 for debt reduction. This news has devastated me. I work as a nurse and now my credit score is below 300. I'm afraid that at least 3 of my creditors will sue me. I really need help, please.
I signed with Inland between May -June to resolve my debt
I signed with Inland between May -June to resolve my debt. They said they would work with my creditors. They told me to stop paying and talking to them, and to send any letters from them to Inland. They said it would take about 6 months to see progress. After 6 months, I called Inland many times to check on my progress and what they've done with my creditors. Every time I call, they say they need more time for my accounts to be late before they can do anything. On December 14, I got a letter from one of my creditors saying my account is in collections. I sent the letter to Inland and asked for proof of communication. They haven't shown me any proof or done anything with my creditors. On January 25, 2022, I checked my reserve account set up by Inland. They took about $5000 from my account over 8 months, but only about $900 is left to negotiate with creditors. The rest was taken as fees. The next day, I asked Inland for a breakdown of the fees and proof of services. They haven't responded. I told them to stop taking money from my account. I also talked to my creditors and they said no one has talked to them on my behalf. The contract says fees are paid after services, but Inland took fees without proof of services.
