Insider Secrets review: scam 1

I was getting things in order for taxes & noticed a charge for $4.95 on 10-9-08, 11-1-08 & 11-28-08 statement read WEB ACCESS [protected] (NV, NV, IA). I called the number on the statement & it was a recording only & told you to go to their website (Insidersecrets.com) Under the complaint section I found the phone # [protected] & finally got through -- Isabel, which was a man, was very rude & wouldn't let me talk with the manager.. Would only remove decembers charge & I haven't even seen that charge yet...It was my fault for not un marking their product that I didn't even see let alone what it was & how to find it.. They are making it where no one is going to want to do business on the internet with all the scams they have going on...
