Unauthorized charge
After placing an order with Cleanwhites I found an unauthorized charge of $6.21 from my bank account. I called the 800 number and asked for the company name. When she told me who they were I insisted they cancel my account and refund my money, because I never ordered their product and surely didn't authorized the charge. I was then informed that they could not refund 100%of my money only 50%. Keep in mind I never received a product, or whatever it was that I was supposedly paying for. After much arguing, they did refund me $3.11 and refused the difference. So I in turn went to my bank and disputed the remaing $3.10 and also received a new debit card just in case my information was leaked to another CROOKED company!
I just stumbled upon this web site in an attempt to find out who these people are. Is is amazing how many people have the same issue, and still, this "company" is getting away with theft! They must love the people who don't closely watch their bank accounts!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
scam
I was getting things in order for taxes & noticed a charge for $4.95 on 10-9-08, 11-1-08 & 11-28-08 statement read WEB ACCESS [protected] (NV, NV, IA). I called the number on the statement & it was a recording only & told you to go to their website (Insidersecrets.com) Under the complaint section I found the phone # [protected] & finally got through --...

I ordered WuYi tea and was charged for these "tips" as if I had ordered them, which I did NOT. I will be calling my credit card company to dispute the $4.95 charge. THis is a scam
Hello, thanks for letting me know it was the tea stuff. I have be charged over $300.00 from many diffferent companies, I think it just might be Capitalone. Capitalone has been very disappointing, like old time loan sharks, except this is Texas and not Chicago/New York with mob guys. I did send the tea back, they sent me more. Finally cancelled that card, disputed 8 charges by TRANSACTION REBILL [protected] NV. They have started billing my NEW CARD as well. I sent all the tea, back, paid shipping bill for one box just refused the last 5 packages. Yet they still keep charging me.

Hello other people who are as frustrated as I about Wu-Yi Tea and it's so-called "freebies." I have come across a phone number that is not listed in any website this scam company has. I actually talked to a live person, YES!~ live, and she gave me this number to cancel the "Insider Secrets" and their $4.95 monthly charge. [protected]. I talked to a man named "Isabel" and asked him to please cancel my "subscription." He asked for my Order ID #, pulled my info up and said; " I've just canceled your account and you will no longer be billed."
Now just like the rest of you, I'm not holding my breath, but I haven't gotten this far in months of searching on line, and just to be sure, I have a dispute form going to my credit card company along with all the paperwork and lots of notes including today's results.
Try the phone number. At least it is one more thing than any of us had. I pray it works for all and that we start this New Year out on a happier note :)

Tried to call the [protected] number to find out why they keep charging my account $4.95 without any authorization and get a message which directs you to their website. Can't pull up the website. Would like these charges to be stopped!

I was charged last month and this on my credit card bill for $4.95 and never authorized it. There is also a charge this month of $9.95 for membershhip for the same date and also NV. I don't know if this is the same company or not. But I also did not authorize that charge and I want credit for it.
What a scam! I not only had a charge $4.95 from Insider Secrets, but another $10.95 charge from another company.
My advice...buy your tea at the grocery store!
They are takeing money from my account unauthorized. I want it stopped!
I don't know where charges came from, but there is no person to speak to to even cancel them...this is a huge scam and waste of people's time.
Did not order this. I am being charged $4.95 for two months. Want to stop ASAP! Want a COMPLETE refund immediately. Never wanted, this is a SCAM.
I was charged a fee of $4.95 twice in November. One was Nov 3rd from what appears to be from Nevada (NV) and the 2nd was from Nov 28th from Iowa (IA). Both were named as Web Access. These charges were unauthorized and I was told when I reached someone at the phone number [protected]) that this was for Insider Secrets or online weight loss tips and I was told that I ordered these from the Wu-YI Tea product online site and I was charged $9.95 w/o my knowledge for a trial period. I was supposed to have recv'd an email to get this info and did not get any emails at all re: this info. I spoke with Robert with Comprehensive Weight Loss and was told the $9.95 was non-refundable after a time period and I told him that I knew nothing about this issue. What can I do to get my refunds of $4.95 taken twice from my bank acct from the above 800 phone number?
I was charged for two services, that I never authorized. This all took place through the Wu Yi- source.com web site. It has taken me 3 months to finally get a live person # to cancel what they so conveniently charged me for with no authorization. There were 2 charges (4.95 &9.95). The only reason I knew to write you was because when I tried to pull up insidersecret.com all these complaints came up for the same thing. This company is pulling a total scam and I have wasted a lot of time and frustration on something that is nearly impossible to correct. The number only leads you to an internet site that doesn't allow you to do anything. If this company is doing this to all these people, they are making MILLIONS. This is very disturbing!
Dazzle White and Vibrant White
DO NOT ORDER FROM EITHER OF THESE COMPANIES. You will start a hail storm of aggravation and frustration trying to get them to stop charging your account for everything from Weight Loss products to Insider Secrets.
On August 11, 2009, I ordered the “Free trial” of Dazzle White and one for Vibrant White after reading a “Secrets to white teeth” blurb. When I called to cancel the membership, which I was told I could do at any time, I was informed that I would still see a charge for $73+ for the first shipment. I told them I did not want the shipment and I was told that I could return it (insured) prior to August 25th and they would not charge my account. I did this, but they still charged my account. I had to call them and provide a tracking number and proof that they had received the package by August 25th. They refunded the money to my account within a week.
The next month a charge for $6.75 showed up on my account from Dazzle White. Then a charge for $8.53 from HealthAid Varimi. When I called Dazzle White I was told that my account had been cancelled but that I had also signed up for two other offers (Weight Loss something-or-other and Insider Secrets). They gave me two phone numbers to call to get these stopped. I will give all the phone numbers at the end for anyone who needs to straighten out their own mess. But here is the best piece of advice I can give you. DO NOT SIGN UP. If you’re already in this swirling vortex of deception, use these words when dealing with charges you did not realize you had authorized (I did and they immediately told me they would refund my money): “Cancel this account. I have already been in contact with my bank, and if you charge my account again they have told me they will prosecute for fraud.”
SYNOPSIS
•Do not sign up for Dazzle White or Vibrant White free offers.
•If you have and you have already cancelled, look for charges from Varimi on your account. If you see them, call [protected] to find out what other “offers” you were signed up for without your knowledge
•Other numbers you can call are [protected] or [protected]. Both numbers answer with “Are you calling about a charge?” so they KNOW they are deceiving folks and probably make a good living off of charging people before they can be stopped.
•When dealing with the charges, use the phrase “Cancel this account. I have already been in contact with my bank, and if you charge my account again they have told me they will prosecute for fraud.”
Good luck everyone!
Cancelled order 3 times and 4.95 keeps being debited from my account im so upset. I called again and was told three times to call a different number ! Im sick and tired of this mess.
Why is this so difficult! SCAM!?
