Buyer Beware
Like so many people here I had a negative experience with Instaflex and Direct Digital automatically charging me $79 for a "subscription" I did not order. I keep careful email records and there is no record of any offer to cancel a trial or subscription until AFTER the trial period was over.
I would urge anyone contemplating buying this to go thru PayPal where you at least have some protections against fraudulent businesses. And contact your state's Consumer Protection Agency. Finally, just to go to Walgreen's or CVS and buy something in person. If you have adverse effects you can return for a refund.
Recommendation: Do Not Use Them. There Are Better Alternatives.

Being a service charge for cancelation.
I understood in the advertisement that if it wasn't working for me, I could cancel at any time for Future deliveries. My Dr informed me not to take any other medications with my Prescriptions that he has Prescribed. if there's a problem with this, I will contact Better Business Associations or my Attorney. Please do Send anymore Instaflex . I DID NOT SIGN A CONTRACT.
Desired outcome: No more Instaflex.
I want a reimbursement for the charge on my discover card
Had chg. on my Discover care for $75.98 — I did not order - I do not want - have rec. 2 bottles - can't return them to Post Office because I opened the package. They want to charge me $5.80 to send each back to you — I do not think I should have to pay to send them back, since I did not order them - in the first pace. I have called and told you not to send products to me - but I received them any way. I think this is a scam. Freddie Dunlap. I want a reimbursement for the charge on my Discover card. My checking account was charged $78.94 and I've never ordered nor received anything from Instaflex. I require a refund of said amount as this is an unauthorized charge. I've never used nor did I ever expect my account to ever be charged for something I never knew about until I checked my account and finding this unauthorized charge. I will be letting my bank know about this unauthorized charge so they can make sure it gets refunded
Desired outcome: Refund the $78.94 that was not authorized to be taken from my account
They stole from my bank account at midwest credit union here in indiana
On about August 1st,2022 probably between 9am to about 6pm. There was a charge to my account that I didn't authorize and it came from instaflex company. I only did a trail and they did the rest. I didn't order a bottle of the stuff and I feel that they took advantage of me and my account. Which I feel is unfair to all customer who trust that this sort of thing doesn't happen, but it has and to me I would like my money back asap please if this will get reported the BBB Association
Joint relief pills
Like the others, I. ordered the 14 day trial and the product did not work. I spoke to customer service and they said they would cancel. I sent many emails telling them not to bill my credit card. They did it anyway. It's a scam operation, in my opinion, with no integrity. It's the worst kind of malicious operation, taking advantage of people's pain. Their greed addiction is beyond description.
Desired outcome: Stop billing my credit card and stop sending me worthless pills.
I called the company again this morning and, amazingly, got Tammy again in customer service. I reminded her of our conversation several days ago cancelling the service. She remembered our conversation. I explained that I did not receive a cancellation email, but one stating that more pills would be sent and the money taken from my credit card. She did actually cancel the service and I got a verification email. I got very lucky getting the same customer service rep as it was clear I knew her name and she was being held responsible for the faux pas.
Service / Support Non-Existent
Months and Months have come and gone and after many phone calls to cancel the never ending flow of Instaflex … I’m still dealing with the issue.
Now I’ve asked for cancellation via text.
That I’ve finally received in writing.
Now I want to return the pills and receives 3 months of reimbursement.
Apparently all they want is to push their pills, buyer beware if there’s any issues.
Desired outcome: Get my money back
Refund
Talked to a rep, to get a refund on the bottle I sent back over a week ago.Have the receipts for return item. Still waiting for refund.Have heard nothing about returning $72.00 to my account.I’m on S.s. Can’t afford that ridiculous price for that item.

Unauthorized shipments
I ordered the trail without reading the fine print. The unauthorize order shows up with an $80.23 cost. The instructions to return the product shows up a week after the window closed. The product has not made any difference in my joint issues even after using all of the first bottle. This company is a scam artist disguised as a legitimate business.
Refund
I ordered the 7 day trial and checked carefully that they were not signing me up for a subscription. There was nothing that said they would take 74.98 out of my account three weeks later. They did that. I called customer service who cheerfully told me I wouldn’t have any more delivered and that she would pass me On to the billing department. I sat on hold...
Read full review of InstaflexTricked into automatic delivery, inflated price
First, I had no intention or knowledge that I'd been enrolled into an automatic renewing product supply. The confirmation email made no such mention of any terms or subsequent full price, which was a price (just shy of $75/bottle of 30), but only the $12 S&H for the trial supply. I would never, ever consider this, along with my avoidance of automatic subscriptions of any sort. An article in AARP warns of many such scams. Here's what happened; 1) I received an empty mailer, with no identifying return address nor enclosed paperwork; I had no idea who sent it. 2) Then I noticed a charge (just under $75) on my credit card close to the time that I actually received my first bottle, which I assumed was my "free" sample. During the time I sorted this out I received an instruction to return the bottle, I was supposedly cancelled, and I received another bottle and charge, with one bottle sent back. Neither of the actual bottle deliveries had any paperwork, email notification, or recognize able return address; only enough to know who sent the empty envelope during the trial period, so I could not even choose to continue if I liked it. They did more than one evasion and stalling maneuver, including the hold forever or hold and drop call I tried to get my credit card to fight for me (Discover) and they apparently filed two refunds but reversed one saying it was a duplicate, but I was indeed ripped off twice.
So, for 1 bottle, I paid the $12 "free sample" charge, plus full price ($75).
I got a similar run around like an earlier commenter. Evasive, uncooperative, skeptical, almost outwardly rude.
And, it does absolutely nothing! Even if it was regularly $12/bottle it wouldn't be worth it. It resembles in all ways a scam.
Desired outcome: Refund of $75-, apology, revise sales practices to something ethical.
Instaflex.com
Ordered a 14 day trial which I paid for. On the day the trial ran out I received in the mail another 30 day bottle for the priced of $74.99. I did not want this bottle and a trial should be a trial without strings. You should opt in rather than out and this type of advertising should be banned. You can buy this product for half price at GNC. I don't like deceptive advertising like this and think it should be banned
Desired outcome: Cancel any further orders and return half the money
I didnt order anything but a sample and was to pay s&h.They took $80 from my account
I want my $$$ back
14 day free trial of Instaflex
Deceptive marketing issues that imply you get a 14-day free trial karia and as you go through the screen it clearly indicates there's a shipping fee and they ask for your credit card number. That indicates to me that it is not free. I would not buy it now if I had a ton of money. Because of that shipping fee they had on at the end. And there is no mention of it at all anywhere until you go through all of that information they want you to deliver to them. For example they want your credit card number your address your email blah blah blah blah blah. Count me out
I ordered the “free sample” for my husband from a YouTube add with a code that you text to them and they text back a link. I never searched up their actual website but used their link. I paid the shipping with my debit card. I wish I’d used an actual credit card because the money pulls from my checking account and caused my cellphone payment to bounce. I’m trying to get that all sorted out now. I feel so stupid because I generally don’t order from anywhere that doesn’t take PayPal. Nightmare!
Didn't get the product but was charged for it now I having a problem getting my money back
Blatant lies and deception
Although I know it takes longer than 14 days to get any results from a "supplement", I am forever hopeful and was in pain, so I ordered it anyway (which is exactly what this company hopes you do, they prey on the vulnerable) Since I have been scammed by other online companies like this in the past, I now use a virtual credit card instead of entering my actual card # onto their website so I can control what I am charged for and not be at the mercy of people who's only intention was to defraud me in the first place. And let me be clear, I completely understand being shipped products and being charged for something I did not want because I neglected to read the fine print or follow the terms for cancellation. Been there, done that. My bad, I just have to chalk it up as a loss. But when you follow their instructions and cancel within the allotted time frame AND return the product also within the allotted time frame and you STILL GET CHARGED & REFUSED A REFUND, that, my friends, is FRAUD. Plain and simple. And to all those supposed "customer svc reps" & even more laughable "supervisors" that blatantly lie to you when you call or email, knowing full well the entire time that you will never be getting your money back, I've got 1 word for you all. Karma.
Don't fall into their deceitful marketing g scams. They claim you can cancel in 14 days, but that 14 days starts when you put in your order. Make sure you cancel your order as soon as you received your bottle. I went as far to cancel my creditcard. When cancelled request a confirmation email and make a copy of it. You see this all the time. The US has turned into a free for all scamming country. Sad but true.
after free sample letter charged $74 without authorization no return address on envelope
I called in for a free sample. The next month a 30-day supply arrived and my credit card was charged $74.00. I never authorized this.
Obviously this is a scam because they would have included an invoice and there would be a return address. No return address; nothing in the envelope.
I contacted the FTC and made a complaint. I urge others to do the same thing.
"Same thing happened to me. They need to be reported to the FTC.
"If you've been ripped off or scammed, complain to the Federal Trade Commission. It can help put the bad guys out of business. To file a complaint, just go to www.ftc.gov/complaint or call 1-877-FTC-HELP."
I ordered the sample only just pay shipping and handling.I just looked at my bank statement and these ppl took 80$ out of my account.Wth I never ordered anything
instaflex topical pain reliever
I just saw the commercial for the Instaflex topical pain reliever.
It leads you to believe that if you call a certain 800 number you can get a free tube with free shipping.
It's a hook because you have to buy two tubes to get one free and free shipping.
The woman I spoke too was not straight forward about how the offer worked even though I kept telling her I was only interested in the free tube and she kept interrupting me.
So, unless you want three tubes of something you don't know even works there is no deal.
You can purchase just one whopping 2oz tube for around 20 bucks plus shipping.
I want my $80 refunded!I never ordered anything besides the free sample just pay s&h!
joint health chews for dogs

Client don't have number -> my dad has details... of receipt.
His name is Charles Balkon its not for him for our family older dog Padfoot, who is 15 years old he is Border Collie mix. You might have email.
I like to return the product they just sent us. Because we do not wish continue buying this product if there is going huge charge on end.
In his defense he like opt out any more auto purchasing of this product.
He only bought one. 4.99 that was for shipping and handling charge then auto paid for many more to come...I had said no but not sure if that ever was heard on the other side. I should found if there opt out on page.
Since I am, Caroline M. Balkon I am more common person who administers Instaflex to Padfoot, there flaw in giving once everyday...he not very active he goes into nap mode, if you give weekly chances are give him what he needs. But Not like I want put on calendar he got his meds no one pays attention to it.
I noticed if they had in bacon or other flavor turkey it be more happier receive the product. Turkey favorite flavor among my dogs. Beef not so much, No offense to cows.
I have some qualms about product if the product using different kind oil. What other variety do they have, Palm oil seems like bad oil to have, coconut oil would been okay. Fish oil is something consider. But I don't know I am not you.
Cheese flavor is that like in Mozzarella cheese? I kind concerned because dogs I have can't eat yellow kind of cheese. They highly allergic to it.
If other flavor was kale like baked they love product more would made super happy substance for dogs to eat.
rice syrup? molasses or honey is only thing dogs could eat that is okay for them so is this product super bad I wondering now..
there no problem with product first one just stop sending it...I could give you my detail reason why...trial product was okay but I started to wonder if dog just eat anything if you give something he scoops up and eats it.
Product itself after month is okay but then he started to have withdrawal problem that he had...when dad forgot to give him first dosage. Reason I rather have him administer the dosage is because it makes him not think he not forgotten but "Padfoot" got distress case of heebie Jeebies where he craved those joint treats. If you want to give them everyday its okay but note it addictive from moment on.
Which why I to opt out auto send out, stop sending to us.
instaflex order charged to my credit card without my consent, and product sent to me without my knowledge.
I was send a 14 day sample package of Instaflex in the mail. It did nothing to help with joint pain. Then later without my knowledge I received a 30 day supply of Instaflex. Again without my knowledge, and my credit card was charged, again without my knowledge. I called the Customer Service number and spoke with a rep who was no help at all. I am sending this 30 day supply of Instaflex back to them, unopened and I want my credit card reimbursed. The charge of this bottle needs to be credited back to my credit card as I am returning this product unopened.
