We signed a contract with Integrity Siding and Windows on 04/08 for three new windows, costing $***. After waiting for three and a half months, the windows were finally installed on 07/29. Unfortunately, some of the windows had crooked grids and scratches on the glass, and the screens were also defective. The installers said they would order new parts, but it took until November for a representative to come and look at the windows. They promised to replace the defective parts under warranty, but it took several phone calls to get an update. On 04/05/2022, we called again and were told the parts were in and an installer would arrive by 04/15/2022. However, the installer did not show up, and we had to call the representative again. They promised the installer would come by 05/02/2022 or 05/03/2022, but they still haven't shown up. We want Integrity Siding and Windows to replace the defective parts and install the windows and screens properly, but they have been unresponsive. It's frustrating to deal with a company that promises repairs but doesn't follow through.
