I signed up for it
I signed up for it. After a survey about my political views was answered I got an email telling me that my account was disabled.
I have been mystery shopping for over 30 years and am a gold certified shopper
I have been mystery shopping for over 30 years and am a gold certified shopper. This company sent an email with gas station audits and I accepted 5 different shops. When I inquired about the (meager) $5 pay and purchase reimbursement of $2, I was told I was doing those shops to be "qualified" to do future shops.
They literally had me do a bunch of reviews and then cancelled my account without letting me redeem my points. They closed it for literally no reason other than I don't have kids because that's the only thing I said I didn't have and suddenly I no longer met their criteria. That's blatant discrimination and they hide behind obscure policies to defend it. Plus, they claim I have 45 days to redeem my points, but they'd zero'd them out so I can't. It's a blatant scam that allows them to collect a ridiculous amount of personal information before kicking you. Within 48 hrs of joining, my cell phone was blown up with scam company messages and so was my email. They claim not to share your info, so where else would the massive influx of spam come from?

The same day, this pathetic company sent me an email disclosing that my account had been deactivated without my permission for no reason other than my "profile had no longer met the needs of our clients". How is that possible if I had just registered a few hours before, and had not gotten a fair chance to even fill out my profile? Seems this company has a history of deactivating consumers profiles instead of having to compensate them for their time. I will be sure to post this all over *** and social media to ensure nobody gets scammed again by this fake survey company.

Similar to other reviews, I was not notified that my account was de-activated and/or had a limited time to redeem my points
Similar to other reviews, I was not notified that my account was de-activated and/or had a limited time to redeem my points. I had been a member since at least 2006 and lost over $85 worth of points - when I contacted them asking why I could no longer log into my account, they informed me it was de-activated due to inactivity in September and "after 45 days, all remaining points had been forfeited" without any ability to re-activate them - however, they never notified me beforehand that I was at risk of de-activation, that this de-activation was occurring, or of the time frame within which to redeem my points - either by email, or when I logged into my account during that redemption period. It took a lot of surveys to accumulate those points, and I would have redeemed them!

Signed up to take surveys with them. I had done a study with Ipsos years ago that paid *** gift cards in exchange for letting them track my data usage, which they suddenly ended. This time I registered an account, filled out all the information I was asked and did a couple of surveys. They never sent me anymore survey opportunities, and within a week I got an email saying my account was deactivated because my profile was no longer suitable for their research needs. It stated that this was final and I could not ever reactivate it. This is a terrible way to run a survey company. Don't sign up with Ipsos. I have used other survey companies in the past that would just send me surveys when I DID match the criteria, but I've never heard of a survey company telling someone their demographic was simply useless to them. I was robbed of my time because I completed surveys for this company but didn't get enough points to redeem.

On Sept 25 I redeemed **** points for a $25 Amazon gift card
On Sept 25 I redeemed *** points for a $25 Amazon gift card. The points were deducted right away and the status showed "fulfilled" but I never received an email with the code.I tried messaging them multiple times through the support on the website and sent them 2 separate emails. All have gone unanswered. I requested the courtesy of a reply and provided my phone number to no avail. I could not find a phone number to call to resolve directly so I am requested your assistance. It is ridiculious that the Complaintsboard.com has to become involved because a business does not provide a live customer service number.Thank you in advance for your help.

I recently turned in points that I earned answering surveys for your company. I never got my Amazon gift cards. I also answered a survey *** Follow-Up Survey (*** that I was supposed to have received points for and it seems you have taken away points! What rip off!
Date of transaction: 05/26/2022 Used reward points to purchase Amazon $25 Giftcard, never received correspondence that reward was successfully redeemed or the $25 giftcard. Have sent (3) email correspondence to their "contact us" and have yet to receive a response, or my giftcard.
I was assigned a Wells Fargo "executive account" evaluation shop (for high $$ value accounts) on 6/11
I was assigned a Wells Fargo "executive account" evaluation shop (for high $$ value accounts) on 6/11. A "certification" test was required prior to getting this assignment. Most normal tests are passed with less than a 100% perfect score, but not with this company. One question could not be answered by anything written in the study guide. When I emailed the agent (Jennifer B) regarding the aggravation caused to me by the stupidity of this non-answerable question, she removed my ability to access further Wells Fargo assignments for no reason other than her taking issue/offense with my complaint. I find this behavior outrageous and improper for my simply pointing out a problem that needed correction.

Completed a survey for their *** Shopping Connect Program. The remuneration was a $15 gift card which I have yet to receive.
On 9/14 I've received an invitation to participate in a survey conducted by Ipsos regarding *** In return I was promised $10 Amazon gift card within 2-4 weeks. I've qualified and completed the survey on 9/14. To date I have not received promised gift card.Attached is an invitation email for reference.
Stop emailing my account *** I thought after so many days they would be fined and I would collect the fine. I told them to stop 12 days ago.
Ive completed several Ipsos surveys ...dozens and dozens ...across the web and get various errors , etc and many contain identifiable info and other information that Id like to know the fate of . Ill list one below . Im writing here , because Ipsos customer service will not answer ...did *** receive the survey below , and will the information gave be used
I got an email today randomly saying my profile no longer meets their requirements-- I've worked for survey companies before and this means
I got an email today randomly saying my profile no longer meets their requirements-- I've worked for survey companies before and this means "your answers to profile questions were inconsistent". As if it's my fault I get a new job/promotion and my income changes, I move, or break up with an ex. Whatever though, that's policy, and its not like I can submit my lease or promotion to them to prove anything... I mostly want my 475 points cashed out and for them to maybe update their auto flag system. Weird how my profile gets deactivated right near a redemption tier... and judging by these complaints I'm not the only one this has happened to. I emailed customer service a week ago to cash out my remaining points with no response.

I have done NUMEROUS covert and revealed mystery shops for this company. I have had a couple issues as far as the promised payment for my completed shops. The first time they stiffed me (failed to pay me) was a LEVI shop at the *** that was $40 ($30 + $10 bonus) I couldn't even get an associate to help me but I got all required photos. This time they stiffed me for $70 for a Licensed Banker Shop for ***. They say I did follow the guidelines by waiting 24 hours between calls. But I can honestly say I did not think that'd be an issue because it should be safe to assume that in 5 days surely someone at *** would answer right? Well no they didn't. I want proof that Ipsos didn't use my information from my completed survey to give to ***, I spent my time and in the *** shop , my gas and I want to be plaid. The worst part is they didn't even contact me telling me I'm not getting paid. I only want what I worked for, and that totals the 2 shops at $110
I have been doing surveys for Ipsos for years I just reach an award f $ 10 it was accidentally issued as a Visa Virtual reward to be used online I do not buy online I asked for a target $ 10 card to be able to print it out they refused and this guy named *** has been sending me emails saying to forfeit it will not exchange it very rude very nasty I am a senior citizen the rewards I get I use to buy things as needed I am fully disgusted how they are treating others

On October 13'th, I redeemed 5000 points in exchange for 5 codes that I could use to get gift cards from their I-Say Marketplace. I was sent an e-mail with no gift codes listed and only website URL's where the codes should have been. I e-mailed and called numerous times. I never received a call back. I received one e-mail that told me to go to my orders on their site and hit resend which I did and I received the same e-mail back with no codes and only website URL's. I am getting nowhere with their customer service on this issue. I have been a good and loyal panelist for many years and take surveys for their company every day. I only redeem points once a year and did not have this problem last year. This should have been addressed and rectified in a reasonable amount of time. I have attached the e-mail so you can see there are no codes listed:

On 9/9 I agreed to product test an item for Ipsos I say survey panel which has already been shipped to my home. On 9/28 I had 2,855 points in my Ipsos I say account (roughly equivalent to over $25 in gift card redemption). 9/29 I log into my account to see that my points have removed, sent a support ticket. I received an automated e-mail stating "Hi Melissa, We have been reviewing our clients' research requirements and, unfortunately, your member profile is no longer suitable for our market research needs. Consequently, your account was deactivated on 2021-09-29." If I'm to be product testing for the company, how am I no longer suitable for their market needs? How is it possible, that I, as a human being, don't fit into ANY demographic that's suitable for surveys? I believe Ipsos has gotten themselves into trouble and can not pay their panel members currently and are closing random accounts that they owe money to.
False advertising
False advertising. I-Say stole 3020 rewards points from my account overnight and deactivated it WITH NO NOTICE OR WARNING. Their website states "Your i-Say points don't expire as long as you remain an active member of i-Say. If you unsubscribe from i-Say, if your membership becomes inactive, or if you're deactivated, you'll have 45 days to use your points. After 45 days, your points account will be closed and any unused points will be forfeited. An inactive member is someone who hasn't responded to any survey invitations for at least 3 months, in which case i-Say reserves the right to deactivate your membership. Please remember that if, for any reason, you are not able to answer to surveys for a longer period, you can inform us by e-mail at ***, to avoid deleting you from the Panel." They gave no warning just took my points even while still emailing me surveys...

This company has proven to be *** They regularly do not compensate for surveys despite their (false) advertisement of the user
This company has proven to be *** They regularly do not compensate for surveys despite their (false) advertisement of the user ALWAYS being compensated. I started screen-recording taking their surveys & how I then would not receive my earned points. They began to dislike this as they couldnt refute video evidence, as well as then deactivating my account when I called them out on social media. They not only didnt give me points that Id earned, but also stole the remaining points I had in my account before deactivating me-points that Id earned. They also havent sent me my last two Amazon giftcards I purchased prior (w/my points) & repeatedly have ignored my requests to be sent what is mine. They are thieves! The legal agreement we had was that I would perform a service (via taking their surveys) in exchange for compensation (via points) that could then be used to purchase rewards. THEY broke the legal agreement by not fulfilling their end as I did mine!

Joined the ipsos i-say survey team and cashed out a few gift cards once I had the opportunity
Joined the ipsos i-say survey team and cashed out a few gift cards once I had the opportunity. Then one day I got a deactivation email stating, "We have been reviewing our clients' research requirements and, unfortunately, your member profile is no longer suitable for our market research needs. Consequently, your account was deactivated on 2021-08-19."Which is fine - I get it. But after that email, I was still getting emails about surveys that I qualified for. However, clicking those survey links would lead to nowhere. What's most frustrating, however, is that my ability to cash out my remaining points does not function. I have enough points for one last $5 gift card yet everytime I go through the site to cash it out, it gives me an error. It's highly misleading that they tell you you have X amount of time to cash out your remaining points but the system prevents you from doing so. They also don't seem to reply to emails nor do you get a confirmation for any help requests.

I am on a consumer panel for San Diego Gas and Electric
I am on a consumer panel for San Diego Gas and Electric. On 11/3, I received an email invitation from *** to participate in a survey on behalf of SDGE. I have attached a copy of that email. It stated that, by submitting the survey, I would be eligible via a drawing for a prepaid Visa card. I took this survey and submitted it on the day it was sent. On 04/20, I received an email from Ipsos that I had won a $100 gift card for my participation. The return email address was ***. The email asked me to verify my name and address, which I did in my reply. For the record, the email of 04/20 identified me as panelist *** . It said I would receive my gift card in 8-12 weeks, but I have heard nothing, after patiently waiting the full 12 weeks (and them some) I also sent two follow-up emails to Ipsos, and have not had the courtesy of a reply. Again, I would be glad to provide any emails regarding this matter.

On May 7, 2022 I completed a survey with IPSOS at 4:56:07 am(PST), according to their own records
On May 7, 2022 I completed a survey with IPSOS at 4:56:07 am(PST), according to their own records. The survey was called "About You" and numbered ***. I was to receive *** points. I have not received these points. I've communicated with IPSOS through email and phone. There was still no help. It helps to understand that these points are to be immediately credited unless notified otherwise. Before, when these surveys were operated by GFK, there were never any problems. GFK was professional and credible.I've previously had problems with IPSOS crediting points, although eventually resolved when brought to their attention. They've also have previously sent double checks only for the ones they told me to cash to be hot checks. My bank is aware of this and are skittish to deposit these checks now. This also brings into the credibility of the data of their surveys if they can't handle the simple issues.I shouldn't have to remind IPSOS to credit my account nor file a complaint for this.

I'm a member of Ipsos' research panel
I'm a member of Ipsos' research panel. I participated in a product test and follow-up survey. I took the follow-up survey (their reference no. ***) on 12/6 and I was to be provided a payment of *** points (equivalent of $10) upon completion of both the product test and follow-up survey. I contacted Ipsos on 12/13 when I hadn't received the promised payment, as the points/payment is normally posted to my account immediately. On 12/30, I received a response from "***, Ipsos Panel Team," advising: "The points for this survey will be awarded to all of the panelists who have completed it when the study is processed, within the next couple of weeks." That meant payment should have been provided mid-January.I have now waited 2+ months beyond the completion of the survey and have received no payment. I've been a member of Ipsos for many years, I complete their studies in good faith and expect to be compensated in a timely manner. Two+ months is neither timely nor acceptable, and what I was told by *** on 12/30 has not come to pass. I sent Ipsos an email on 2/4/22 advising that if I did not receive the promised compensation by COB on 2/11/22, I would be filing a complaint with the complaintsboard.com. They did not respond to that email. All emails are attached for your reference.

I signed up to participate in surveys with Ipsos I-say
I signed up to participate in surveys with Ipsos I-say. Since they found out through a preliminary screening that I have a teenaged son (15) they recruited my son to participate in a live online study with the promise of rewards points. This study took place on 11/*** at 6:00 PM EST (3:00 PM PST where we are located). The agreement was that if my son completed both parts of the study (live online survey and live focus group study) they would pay him 5000 points with a stated value of $50. My son was selected to go all the way with both the live online survey live online focus group. My son spent 180 Minutes of his time, giving his opinions for their study. The first part of the study was a live online survey/study and the second part of the study was done through Microsoft Teams. He was selected for this second part after completing the first part during which he interacted in a live focus group. He spent around 3 hours of his time with the promise of 5000 points which is equivalent to $50 in points that can be used towards gift cards, etc. The reward was promised within 15 days and should have arrived no later than 11/. On 11/*** I started inquiring with Ipsos about his payment. Their response was that they would check into this and get back to me. It is now December and they haven't paid my son. He is a minor who gave up 3 hours of his precious time on a school day with the promise of 5000 points. I am very upset about this. I have inquired numerous times and I rarely get a response. If Ipsos does respond, they just say they are looking into it. I need him to be paid for his time right away. This is really not honest or fair. He needs this payment now.
