Jackson Hewitt review: Employee of Jackson Hewitt

Hello, I hope this complaint reaches corporate. Today, 4/12/24, I took my aunt whom I am her caregiver to Jackson Hewitt, which is located in the Walmart at

11110 Causeway Blvd. Brandon, FL. My aunt visited the location on 4/11/24, was advised to return with all documents the next day, which we did. My aunt is battling cancer and are unable to stand for long periods of time. Upon our arrival, we were told that the office didn't open until 11AM. I ask an attendance standing near the office if my aunt could have a seat, and she said yes. So, we waited for the person who would be preparing her taxes. Once he arrived, He ask my aunt if she was his 11AM appoint. My aunt said no and once she said no. We received the shocked of our life. This man was very rude. He became yelling at my aunt to get out of the chair, this is a business not a lounge rest area. I told him she was here to have her taxes prepared. I guess it was the color of our skin he didn't like. There were other people speaking up for my aunt and he was not listening. I explain to him that she unable to able for long periods of time, his response to me, that's not him problem. I will definitely be reporting this to BBB. We will never visit Jackson Hewitt and will advise others not too. I took my aunt to H&R Block and was treated with such courtesy and respect.
