These guys took my money stating they would help me with i files taxes. When a mistake was made in the preparation they said they could no longer help me file fir free and that it would be $1200 per year to file. Let this be known the reason I went with them is they were going to file as a part of the retainer. Then they said the funds I paid them were for a report. They did very little, the report consisted of them telling me I had unfolded taxes. *** I feel like I am being scammed! *** clear.

Tax Tiger was a tremendous help to me. I had a wage garnishment amount over $250K due to past tax filing issues. The staff assisted in me in immediately stopping the bi-weekly wage garnishments, getting my tax returns completed, submitted and accepted by ***. WOW! I'm amazed, relieved and grateful for the tremendous help I received from Gregory and Kylie over the last two years. I contacted Tax Tiger when I heard their ad on SiriusXM and knew I had to call them. I had never owed the IRS a dime, but received the wrong advice on deductions for a rental property, and my previous employer was supposed to withhold a large sum of money for taxes but failed to do so. I had been making arranged payments to the IRS but realized after two years that the penalties and interest were increasing what I owed. In desperation, I just sent up a quick "Help me!" to the man upstairs and the very next thing on the radio was TaxTiger's ad about helping people like me get their tax bill reduced. Add on top of this the constant letters from the IRS, devastating my finances and career by becoming a whistleblower against my former employer, two deaths four months apart in my family and my Mom with cancer ... I was way beyond stressed out. Tax Tiger is an angel *** from God, or a coincidence in your world if you don't believe in angels! Our business had been struggling for years and we had gotten way behind in our taxes. Then my husband had a major stroke and I was needed to quit my job and take over the managing of our business and figuring all the past taxes. We owed over a hundred thousand and interest and penalties were piling up. I hired a local Tax Tiger agent who filled all our needs and then some. Our case was not settled when she became seriously ill and had to close her franchise in 2018. I had not been notified of this issue but the next time I called her office number I was routed to TAX TIGER main office in ***. I was immediately connected with *** She gave me assurance that they would take on my case without any additional charge at this time. Due to delays with processing at IRS our issues are still 'in process' but *** has reviewed all our documents, and given invaluable advise concerning all the form letters IRS still sends to scare us. A couple years ago they levied our SS checks but only for one month! I contacted our agent, ***, at Tax Tiger, and she immediately took care of that and got us a refund as she had previously put us under hardship status. We retired a couple years ago after having to close our business and would be on the streets now if not for *** and her business. After years of advise and information about the process and what we needed to do, we are going to have to actually pay for services rendered now since our case will require some hours of service from our attorney agent, ***. This company has a minimum charge compared to any other tax service like it. If you are looking for a miracle, Tax Tiger is your answer! They genuinely care about you as a person!

I hired Tax Tiger like 3 years back to help me with my IRS problem. Recently, when I sold my house, I got to know that there was an IRS lien of over 60,000 bucks on it. I called the IRS and they told me that Tax Tiger didn't send them the documents they asked for, even though Tax Tiger told me they did. I asked for a Tax Tiger Manager to call me multiple times, but no one did.

Tax Tiger did my taxes for 2019. I sent in all my receipts and stuff but haven't heard back from them yet. I tried calling and emailing them but no one's getting back to me. The deadline for filing taxes for 2019 is over now. I can't even hire another company to do my taxes because Tax Tiger still has all my receipts and tax papers.

They charged me 2000$ to fix my tax problem but it's been 2 years and they ain't done nothing. Now I owe even more money to the government and gotta hire someone else. I coulda done what they did for free. All they did was make a payment plan for me to pay them back. I want my money back and don't want nobody else to go through this stress.

Tax Tiger took a lot of my money and gave me almost nothing in return. They gave me a rep who I only heard from once, and it's been like 5-6 months since then. The lawyer is never around and doesn't remember anything about my case. Today he said something that made no sense and that was it for me. They're taking my money and not doing anything good with it. It's a joke.

So, last year in April, I was on the hunt for a company to help me with my taxes. I heard about Tax Tiger on the radio and they sounded pretty good with their experience and all. I gave them a call and asked about their fees. They said they charge $250 and Tony said he'd split it into two payments. I needed to provide my debit/credit card and he took the money out. He said he'd let me know what he found. About a month later, he said he needed $2000 more to take care of everything but I needed to keep paying. This was before July 15. I tried to talk to him and left him messages like 20 times but he never answered. I stopped payment on my credit card and left him a message saying I no longer wanted his services and wanted my money back because he didn't do anything. Six months went by and he never returned my calls until I stopped payment on my card.
