Needs Apple Pay and Apple Wallet integration
The app is baffling. I'm not even sure why you need it.
There is no barcode to scan in the app for points. You just enter your phone # at the register when checking out.
There is no ability to use Apple Pay when ordering ahead in the app. (even though they accept Apple Pay in the store)
When ordering ahead, it tells me the closest store is 17 miles away, even though the "stores" tab in the app finds 5 closer stores.
The app shows me no rewards available, even though in the store they told me I have a free boost to use next time.
There is no integration with Apple Wallet so you can access the app from the lock screen without having to dig trough your phone to find the app.
The only thing this app does is display your rewards points and let's you order ahead (if you can find the store you want).
So the app needs a lot of work.
Edit the tipping so I can decide on leaving a tip after I pickup my order
Please update your app and make the tipping like Starbucks… where you have a couple hours after you place/pickup your order to leave a tip
I ABSOLUTELY DISLIKE leaving a tip before I actually pickup my drink because the tip is based on the service and treatment I receive from the team at the location I order from.
I’m not leaving a tip on the drink I’m getting because that’s what the cost of the drink is…. A tip is to show my appreciation for the service/treatment/interaction I receive directly from the team members…… and more times than not, rhe team isn’t great - BUT TODAY, 7/16 I received such friendly service from the gal who made my drink & I wish I could’ve left her a tip.
Please update the time frame you allow customers to leave tips and STOP AUTOMATICALLY adding it when I’m checking out in the app - it’s rude and annoying!
This app is very glitchy
I use this app daily, every day practically. It is laden with bugs, problems getting the order at the store (Today they did not have my order and they have no idea why it didn’t arrive this is happened before)
Also recently the food was removed off my app and I could not order it in the store did not know why so I stopped ordering the food in advance which I had become a custom to getting. Also the constant upsell every single time I order you have to pop that screen up right as I’m trying to go onto the next screen and you’re trying to sell me a waffle or a water yeah no thanks that’s really annoying can you please stop that. Basically a glitchy app that allows you to order in advance in your order may or may not be ready at the store when you get there. My suggestion is they scrap this app and build it again from the bottom up it’s that bad.
Never received order
I ordered through this app for delivery to my apartment, and it didn’t say anywhere while submitting my order or in the confirmation email that it would be delivered through a third-party delivery service. An hour after I placed my order, I hadn’t received any further email or text updates (besides the initial confirmation email from Jamba) so I decided to call the store and ask if my order was on the way yet. The employees said it had been picked up by someone through grubhub or doordash (they weren’t sure) along with other orders, and that it was out of their control that I didn’t get my order. They also said they couldn’t refund me and that I would have to contact support for grubhub or doordash, even though I was not contacted by either of these at any point through text, email, or call. Don’t use this app if you want a smoothie delivered.
New App Moving in Wrong Direction
Went to enroll with new app as requested by Jamba to migrate points. Looks like I am another casualty of the upgrade. Seems silly to require your phone now when the phone number entry of the old system worked just fine. Hopefully the team can resolve this. The new app is falling flat on its face as of right now. Too bad.
Update
I finally got app installed after continuous attempts. The funny thing is that when I went to Jamba store to use my new precious app...they asked for my phone number since they did not have a scanner to read my app. Go figure. I also received feedback from Jamba app team. The problem is that I had to be persistent to be successful, their suggestions or lack of came a day late and a smoothie short. Poor execution of upgrade.
Update #2
Well...now my app no longer can access my rewards. One step forward, two steps back.
Order Doesn't Get To Store from App
DON'T USE THIS APP. I ordered two large Mango a go-go's for two friends I owed smoothies to from a bet. My credit card was charged for Order # [protected] at 1570 Bascom, but Nancy at this location told my friends the order never went through to the store. My friends called me to see what was going on, but I was in the middle of a meeting at work. They literally moved away this morning and Jamba Juice turned them down for not having proof through the Jamba system of a payment that was confirmed by Jamba's system to my email address. So I still owe them two Jamba Juices and Jamba Juice still owes me for two large Mango a go go's less the $3 discount for the first time using their app that takes your money without processing your order. I guess I did get a $3 discount so Jamba took only $9 without giving me smoothies instead of $12 without giving me smoothies.
Horrible
It seems too me that jamba is in a funk and is trying too save some money by screwing their loyal customers out of their rewards. You guys already charge us an arm and a leg for a smoothie then your rewards are hey spend $35 and get $3 off but hey you can’t even claim the measly reward or the “banana points” for the measly reward. Your new app is garbage your new rewards system is garbage. Don’t fix something that isn’t broken referring too your old rewards system. I hope you guys are ready too lose a ton of customers. Your stores make over $2,000 per day but can’t even give out a measly reward after spending almost half of a hundred dollar bill, corporate America ripping the consumer off as much as possible lol can’t even get a so called healthy smoothie without spending a ten dollar bill but hey go raise the prices again. Sad world these days but hey the owners of Jamba r rolling in money so it’s all good
Not a fan (anymore)
I accidentally had my order sent to another local Jamba Juice. I realized once I went inside to get my Jamba Juice from where I thought I sent it. The lady there said I had to call the store and cancel the order to get a refund. I did this. However I got charged for it, plus I ordered it again at the store I was at. I called the store again later that day and was told to email the app. That the store doesn’t get paid directly for online orders and can’t refund me. So after an hour looking for an email address, the only link sends u back to Jamba Juice website which had no phone number and just a general email section. And I’m still waiting for a response. I’m sure this isn’t the first time someone accidentally ordered from the app. You’d think they would make it just a little bit easier to cancel. I’m not going back to jamba til I get my refund. And trust me, it’s gonna hurt me more than them. But it’s the principal to me.
Zoinks, Scoob!
There are three key functions I would expect an app to do: find items by category, order and checkout, and get rewards. All of this is not possible with this version of the app. Sure, I understood how to transfer and set up a new account with my existing phone number. It was still a long and laborious process on the backend. Every click leads to a timeout on the server. It’s as if the inventor of the loading wheel icon garnered a lucrative contract to be paid by the minute, because that’s all you’re going to see. It’s a shame Jamba in their zeal for a rebrand threw out the baby with the bath water, and instead had the hubris to start from scratch without proper QA, release management or CX in mind. I look forward to version 2, but will cut down my frequency of visits in-store. They’re under enough grief processing rewards through phone numbers, which aren’t evident in the checkout process to either the checker or the customer.
Don’t Even Bother
This is by far the WORST app I’ve ever used & it is very unfortunate that it belongs to one of my favorite places to eat. The Rewards & Favorites tabs NEVER work. The Order screen leaves you in limbo for so long that it would be easier to walk to the store, stand in line & order yourself. I haven’t been able to scan my barcode/app to receive points in weeks & I am a daily customer. Fortunately, the employees at my local Jamba know me & are able to pull my $3 awards up in store from time to time, but why should it come to that? It almost seems as if Jamba Juice is trying to eradicate the their former rewards system which wouldn’t be an issue if they were upfront about it instead of having mysterious app issues that no other app seems to have. Nothing about this app is convenient or helpful & I honestly would have given it 0 stars if I could. Save yourself the frustration, do not download this app until some serious improvements are made.
Good (when it’s working), not Great
7/26: Still broken. Currently advertising free delivery, but when I try to check out with delivery chosen, the cart keeps crashing with the only message being, “error, please try again later.”
2/2: this app is still broken like once a week. Today for example, I’m trying to place a pickup order at 4pm and the earliest available pickup time is tomorrow at 10:15 am. My store doesn’t close until 9pm.
Jan. 2021: The order screen is consistently covered by the promotional banner for the new Croods movie. it’s been happening for a solid week now, I would think someone would notice that orders have decreased because people literally can’t place orders. The only menu option I can see is “juices” at the bottom. I started to fill out the support form but it’s so ridiculously long (and requires an order number) so I bounced. It would also be nice if users could view and browse the menus without having to start an order. I love Jamba Juice, but the app needs a lot of work.
Delivery Order Never Delivered
DON’T ORDER DELIVERY! Our order was never delivered so we had to call the store at the Mesa, Arizona location. They told us they didn’t know what to do because the order was given to either Door Dash or Uber Eats. It sounded like they couldn’t do anything for us, but we pressed them since we ordered through the app.
Eventually, said they couldn’t refund us the money yet because we could still get our order, in which we told them we didn’t want our drinks if it was over 30 minutes late anyway due to the quality. They said they would speak to their manager, who wouldn’t be in until the next day.
We were then instructed to call back, and that our refund would be given to us 24-48 hours until we spoke with the manager.
The whole experience was way too inconvenient, and it looked like they wouldn’t have done anything for us because “they already handed the order off to another service”. I definitely will not be using the delivery option again. Very unpleasant experience.
Useless
I downloaded this app because I’m normally in a hurry and I thought it would be nice to order ahead and just run in to grab my stuff. The one time I used it, I ordered about 20 minutes ahead and was rushing to get to a work meeting in time. When I showed up the employees hadn't started my order, and there were only two other customers in the store. I told them that I had ordered a bowl for pickup and they said it would be ready in a few minutes. This is Jamba Juice... everything’s ready in a few minutes, if I’d had a few minutes I would have just come in and ordered in person like normal. I asked them to please cancel my order and they told me I’d have to do that over the app, so I left. When I had a second to look at the app, there was nothing about unfulfilled orders. I emailed customer service to please not be charged. They responded, but didn’t understand my complaint nor did they refund my money. Nine bucks isn’t worth my pestering them, but I really haven’t wanted to go back since nor risk it with this app again.
If i could give zero stars i would
I went to Jamba Juice not knowing they don’t accept apple pay. So I left hopeless until i saw that they were advertising their app on a poster. So i downloaded the app to order my drinks and pick up it right then and there! But from the starts there were product pain points that I could not successfully place my order. First, I wanted to sign up and filled out all the text fields, but the submission would not go through and kept getting this message saying it failed. I tried twice and decided not to sign up and just order as a guest. I tried to search for the location of the Jamba Juice I was at but for some reason it I wasn’t able to select it and it was also labeled as ‘closed’… which was confusing bc I was right in front of the store and it was clearly operating. Anyways, I closed the app and reopened it to try the whole process again, but nothing i wanted to accomplish got through. I ended up going to Rite Aide and bought some Naked Juice instead. The design was clean and pleasing, but nothing was functional on my end…
Convenient but could use some work
I do enjoy this app because I frequent Jamba Juice and prefer ordering ahead and browsing the menu on my phone instead of in store. I am also a Jamba employee and was pretty disappointed when I found you couldn't customize much using the app. For example, there's no option for "no ice," "double blend," "allergens!," "no dairy sub soy/almond milk," and other customizations I hear ALL the time from customers as I'm ringing up their orders. The very least the app can offer is an option for special written instructions. They have that option on the register and the employees can just as easily read special instructions from an Order Ahead as they can from an in store purchase. I know that customers can call ahead for their order and pay in store but some of the times I have entered my phone number into the rewards system at the store, I have not received the points for my purchases. It is also not in the store's control, but a separate company matter. That is why I prefer using the Jamba app because my points are guaranteed to be logged since I ordered with the app on my account. Hopefully the company will update this app soon and implement a "special written instructions" function for orders? I know that many Jamba app users are looking for a change of this sort.
Had my entire gift card balance stolen
I went to use my physical gift card one day and learned (embarrassingly, while paying) that the physical gift card that I owned and never left my wallet had been completely drained of the entire balance. Nothing the store could do (franchisee, teenage cashier), but spent upwards of 30 hours over several months being tossed around through all sorts of departments and even executive offices at this company. For about $15.00 in stolen value. Never did get my money returned.
Jamba issued gift cards that didn’t use a PIN! Dumbest security ever, and they were well aware that hackers were draining balances because of this stupid, stupid decision. And Jamba were obviously not interested in helping the many, many customers who were victimized by this, as my experience proved. Better to screw your customers than actually take responsibility for it and pay back their balances- hey, free money right Jamba? I haven’t given them a dime in 4 years since they screwed me.
As for the app, I wouldn’t trust it as far as I can throw it. If you’re dumb enough to issue physical gift cards without PINs that can be drained anywhere in the world by lazy hackers who know your numbering algorithm, that tells me all I need to know about the security and responsibility of this company when it comes to anything else they offer such as this app. Jamba are thieves.
App Makes Ordering Harder
I love Jamba Juice but the latest update has me switching to Starbucks for my morning boost. It’s so inconvenient.
First, if you count macros and want more protein, you can’t get what you want because multiples of each item are limited. So - trying to balance cheat day sugar with 24g soy protein? Not gonna happen unless you order in person.
Second, they recently updated the app so every single order has to be scheduled at least ten to fifteen minutes in advance... this has led to me showing up and the store says they don’t have my order and yet I have a receipt. For example if you order at 8:42 am, the earliest pickup time you can choose is 9am, which means even if your store is dead you will both sit there waiting as they only deliver digital orders to the store on the ten minute mark and then you wait an additional ten minutes.
Third, trying to upsell, they make you endure a pop up screen every single order to sell you a waffle or myriad of other items I will never try. I even tested this, ordering one of the items they offer and still got hit with this screen...
If my local Jamba crew wasn’t awesome, and they didn’t know my smoothie by heart when I walked in the door, I’d have ditched Jamba for Starbucks a long time ago. The Starbucks app knows my favorite order. They don’t interrupt my purchase process with an irrelevant offer, and I never have to “schedule” my order. Sure I may have to wait a few minutes when I show up, but that’s part of the experience.
I’m patient because I love what jamba does, but this app just gets worse trying to make some marketing executive happy they’re “up selling” yet while “selling” they’ve completely depersonalized the experience and are cutting into customer time and experience in a way that will discourage digital engagement.
No GC function??
I got a GC for someone else. I tried "managing/checking the balance" through Safari browser, but it wouldnt log in (even reset password once). Sometimes you can "request desktop version," and it will be different, but not for this site. (I allow pop-ups & cookies.) Figured I'll try the app.. Saw most reviews were no Gift Card function available in the app. The last update was 5 months ago and I thought, 'surely the issue has been fixed by now?' Nope! "Order Ahead" isn't available at Every Location. So to remedy this - to Complete Sign Up - I just searched for Jamba Juice in Google Maps (not in the JJ app), and added the zip code for each location in order, until I found one i could add (it will show up on the JJ store list with the green icon). I clicked Jamba Cards and a message pops up. They give the # [protected] (7a-11p CST) and a link which opens up a "Feedback" form. - Maybe this is why the person was selling their JJ gift cards..♀️lol ---
*Update: Wow, what a pain. This has been the most annoying Gift Card Balance I've ever had to check! I used my Laptop & was able to finally login. You have to register/make an account to check a GC (unlike almost everywhere else). The bottom "check your card balance" link doesnt work & just makes you login again, or brings you to 'Manage' them - so just hit 'Manage cards' to begin with... If you go back or click out anywhere else, you'll have to sign back in Under "My Cards", click "Add Card," and there you can finally check a balance (without having to actually add it to the account).
Alternatively, you can call that number, and the 1st Option is to check a GC. BUT, even that I had to try 2-3 times! It kept saying invalid # (although it was correct & i had already checked the balance successfully online, eventually). So Input the card # as fast as you can!
questions from a jamba MIC
hi, i’m writing not as a customer but as someone who has worked at jamba for about two years now, and then i’ve been a lead for a couple months and because of this i don’t ever use the app, i have no need to since we already get our employee discount and i usually only get jamba when i’m at work already, but we have had a couple frequent questions and concerns for customers that i, and my team, don’t know how to respond to.
1) one that i can think of is the special instructions. there is an option to type out special instructions in the app and we can see those instructions if we click on and open the order on toast to read it but they don’t come out on our automatic tickets so the only way to see special instructions (which most orders don’t have) is to open up the order on toast which is often not done if we’re in a rush, but if the special instructions could come out on the automatic tickets then it would be put right in front of us so we can’t miss them.
2) i’ve also read some reviews on here and read about customers coming to pick up their order and hasn’t been started yet, and i know that is because it doesn’t get sent in to us until it’s close to the pickup time given to the customer but maybe it would be more convenient if it was sent right away? i know that’s probably in place so the orders are freshly prepared when guests come to pick them up but i’ve hardly ever experienced guests coming much later than the time their order is ready, but there have been plenty of times (atleast once a day at my store) when customers come in to get their online order before it has been sent to us and then they have to wait for us to prepare it, which is the same wait time as if they had just ordered in the store to begin with.
3) this is isn’t a complaint i’ve gotten moreso just a question but is there a way to upload jamba gift cards into the app so they can be used to pay for online orders?
that’s all i can think of right now but i just wanted to ask some questions, not as a jamba customer but as an employee/ manager since we get a lot of questions or complaints regarding the app and there are a lot that i don’t know how to answer or resolve for them

Drinking my smoothies
I get whey in my smoothie, which makes the smoothie be put into a medium cup when you ask for a small. One of the workers was in the back drinking the extra of the smoothie I paid for. Then I heard her in school today talking about how much she hates her customers, thinks they are rude. This was all in front of people who go to Jamba during her shift after...
Read full review of JambaApp error message
I am a frequent customer and use your app for your reward program but for over a month now, I can't complete an app order due to an error msg "order changed please validate order". I tried doing that multiple times, I've changed my order, I've tried not using a coupon, changed my order time etc etc. I've restarted my phone multiple times, I've deleted your app and reinstalled your app. I've had two "young people" inveterate my phone/app without success. I'm finding myself getting angry with your company, please help.
Desired outcome: Please fix it
App / account / service
Called customer service and spoke to Sequoia. When she picked up my call, there was a lot of feedback on her end so I couldn't hear very well. She had to repeat herself 3 times because of her poor connection and she was talking so fast that I couldn't hear. She got frustrated and raised her voice at me... Incredibly rude. I called back a second time and got her again. I asked to speak to someone else, as I was no longer comfortable talking to her... She had hung up on me, but she said that she is the only person who works in customer service... I couldn't sign in to my account because I couldn't remember my email... So if a person doesn't remember their email then do they just lose their entire account and have to make a new account? I purchased a fundraising card and really wanted to cknnext it to my account but I can't.. Had to make a new account and feel like I wasted money on this company. I love jamba juice but the one I got today tastes sour due to the experience that I received today... :- (. In a company that only has “1 customer service rep” that was not able to help resolve my problem in any way…….. And already had a mindset that she would not help me… 0 points!
Btw, why can't I verify my account some other way? :- (like my credit card on file?
Desired outcome: Teach your service reps to actually serve, not get frustrated and raise their voices. It’s not my fault her line had so much feedback! Talk slower! I don’t think Anything can possibly “fix” this.

Horrible App
I feel like who ever the programmer is lied to corporate saying this app is ready. This app is in beta at most. 1) it never loads up. It stays on buffering then fails to load. I’ve tried two different WiFi’s and full LTE connection. Reset the app multiple times and ever reset my phone, still fails every time. 2) its deleted points from receipts. Who ever the developer is needs to fix the issue as soon as possible. It’s pretty bad releasing an underdeveloped App to the public.

Trash
This app is just as terrible as their customer service. Doesn’t work, doesn’t respond, non-existent. And they probably won’t fix it since they don’t know how to read anything. The most you’ll see from the app is the categories. Once you go to pick your item the screen is blank. Even tried to order online but once the website has you login it says redirect invalid. It’s like the purposely made the app not work so that they could frustrate people and lose business. Trash all around.

Messed up everything
This app messes up all your orders. Told me there was an error during checkout so I couldn’t use my $3 off reward. Took it off and the order went through. Got to the store and the order went through and charged me twice even though it said it wasn’t working the first try. I gave it another shot, was unable to move any item from my cart. Tried several times to remove a smoothie, had to try and cancel the order. That didn’t work either. Had to delete and redownload the app. This is just a mess of glitches.

Frustrated
First, I went to Jamba Juice and was fully unaware of this change that was occurring. I think they should have gave everyone a heads up (or even sent out an “important email” with the upcoming changes)... but that’s not why I’m giving a bad review.
I made my Jamba Juice account about 5 years ago. None of my passwords worked and I’m very frustrated that their “reset my password” function isn’t working. I can’t even put my rewards in from this last visit and I’m not making a new account with an email I won’t ever check.

Bakersfield Rosedale hwy
Cashier was great had to wait about 10 minutes to get drink.
I was watching the young girl making them they were turning out great a older lady that was working beside her her drinks were like pouring milk out of a milk carton very runny.
When I went to receive my order they were very runny I asked the younger girl if she could thicken them like the others. A stepped back and waited a minute the young girl grout them back still runny now with chunks of ice so large they clogged up my straw a waste of 15 dollars

Don’t use it!
First I download and used the app to get the $3 off for signing up...well the employees at the store weren’t paying attention and the order wasn’t even started by the time we got there, and we couldn’t get a refund because this app and stores are on two different programs for money and they don’t have a pay in store option set up yet? This app is a joke and so is the way the Jamba Juice on Lancaster DR in Salem, OR runs their business. Seriously this app is a pain and will only make it harder for you if they do mess up your order.

App Fail
I love Jamba Juice and have loved it since it was “Juice Club” at Cal Poly SLO but this app... trying to get fancy is a big fat FAIL. I haven’t been able to use it, order from it or collect my rewards points in four days... it just spins endlessly and then I get an error message. Yesterday, I went into the store and ordered and asked about my points and was told, “The system is down. The app is buggy. I can’t give you your points but I can give you 10% off...”
That amounted to $.78
Ummm... really?!? Lame.
Fix it or abandon it and go back to what worked.

Horrible
This new app is terrible and i really question why they changed it. First, they rolled it out before it was even ready for use. Second, now that it’s ready, you have to re register to get all of your rewards, and the credit card info didn’t roll over. Third, the app rarely loads and i can’t order with it. Fourth, when i am able to actually order, and try to customize anything, the order goes to the store saying i don’t want anything in the ingredients except for the one thing i try to sub. The store then has to call me and ask what i wanted. I would give this zero stars if that were possible.

App is horrible
I went to login. It didn’t recognize my email. I sent retrieve password request...Nothing. Went on computer. Requested a reset. Get a response saying there is no account under that email. Yet I can pull up at several order confirmations from that email with that email address. So now all my old orders and any points I earned are gone. Really? So signed up under different email. Can order from computer but not from app doesn’t because it doesn’t recognize the password. Garbage. The time spent messing with this app, these accounts and passwords is making me rethink going to Jamba Juice again.

Horrible just horrible
This app is horrible things were better when no app was needed just type in your phone number at the register. One I’ve lost my points and saved rewards from how it used to be. Two ever since going to this app I have had to delete and reinstall this app every time because it never loads anything and doesn’t show my points rewards menu food anything. I always have to then issue my phone number to the cashier every time I order and ask. And just yesterday the cashier said something was wrong and not letting me earn points and to just type in my receipt code in the app which I told him it doesn’t work and he said oh well.

A basic ordering app that doesn't do anything
This app fails constantly. I end up ordering in person most of the time because the app is almost useless. Sometimes it's missing smoothies from your basic menu, though I can order them in the store. Sometimes it says the location doesn't accept online orders, even though when I go there is a designated area that says "Mobile & Online Order Pickup." Sometimes it says the location is cash-only, which is both a lie and defeats the entire purpose of a mobile order. Sometimes it can't log in and then says the account doesn't exist on a password reset. Get your act together, Jamba Juice. No reason this app should have this much trouble.

The new app needs more work
I loved the old app and account system of typing your phone in-store, I get why they revamped things but the new app doesnt work. If it did then I wouldnt care that things have changed. Like others have said, you cant customize orders in app very well, and what is more frustrating is that my account page just spins and spins when Im standing in line. I havent been able to see any of my rewards points yet. So every order Ive made this last month I have to go in later and do it myself when it gets fixed. And I have deleted and redownloaded several times with no difference. This app and rewards system is supposed to do the work for us, not the other way around.

Updates Needed ASAP
This should have been tested multiple times before forcing customers to switch over to the app. After downloading, my rewards uploaded; there are 3 total, none have expired yet. I tried using it today and not only did it take too long to buffer the Rewards tab, but all of my rewards weren’t showing up, so I couldn’t earn more “banana points”. Even as I’m at home right now, I can’t even scan the barcode from the receipt from my purchase today. So, what is the point? Was the point to stop customers from earning $3 off? This needs to update soon and fix these issues because it’s not user friendly at all right now. It’s a huge inconvenience considering I enjoy Jamba weekly.

Too buggy: Receipt barcode scan doesn’t work
It was fast and easy to enter my phone number in stores to get my points. Now, I have to open this app and have the QR code be scanned, which isn’t that bad, except that the app doesn’t load most the time! Even though there is an option to scan my receipt to get my points, it takes a very long time for the “rewards” section of the app to load. When the “rewards” section finally loads, I scan in my receipt and submit it, but then an “error” message keeps showing up. I can’t get my points and the app is garbage. Go back to the old rewards system where I can just enter my phone number in stores! I’m so frustrated I don’t want to go to Jamba Juice now even though I want to get a drink there.

Keeps forgetting credit card info
I've used this app for about six months and I enjoy being able to place orders ahead of time and picking them up. But too often, when I get to the check out screen, I'm prompted to enter my card info, even though it was previously saved. Very annoying. It saves it about 2 or 3 times, then I have to re-enter. Also, if you order from a different Jamba Juice, it makes you re-enter. All other restaurant apps I use do not have this issue. I hope they fix so I can use this app again. It's easier to just order in person than to use this app as a result of annoying issue.
Would be so much easier if you could use Apple Pay. You can use Apple Pay in person, but not in the app. Updates are way too slow.

What happened?
I used to love this app. My daughter and I would order weekly. For about two months now we haven't been able to use it. We get basket and/or POS error messages every time we try. So frustrating. As a result, we don't go to Jamba anymore. I reported the issue to Jamba Corporate when it first started happening. Not only did they not fix it, they also didn't get back to me. #Sad
Fri night- did what you asked and reached out through the app. I received the no reply Fishbowl auto-email that said my comments were received and someone would contact me. I'm still waiting. I tried ordering again today- restaurant not taking orders message all day long. "El Paseo store on Tapo Canyon in Simi Valley".

App is not working!
It loads to the main page, but once I tried to redeem my points.. its down hill from there.
It takes FOREVER to load at home WITH WiFi and it does not load when I am in front of a Jamba register. I liked it when we entered our phone number. That way, both customer and employee knows if we have a reward and how many points we earned.
This new system is super complicated and the app is slow... I get frustrated when I use the app. I redeemed my points online and it works fine! I have a $3 off reward, free small smoothie birthday reward, and I am almost at 35 points for another $3 off reward. This is all from my laptop. But my app on my phone says otherwise.. even though I am using the SAME account. Please Jamba fix this problem.
