I asked 2 servers if I they could use the coupon I was showing them, neither of whom could speak enough English to understand the question. Then, I was called an a**hole by the one server who could because I was not placing my order fast enough, who then ignored me when I did place the order. It was kind of surreal. I wasn't taking it personally and I'm not one to make a scene so I just paid for my hot dogs and didn't say a word.
Thought this might be a good place to post my experience. JCI is awful proud of their product, judging by the prices. I'm surprised they let their help get away with this kind of treatment.
