Jersey Mike's Franchise Systems review: Manager at the Hwy 153 Hixson location.

The Manager you have at this location is unprofessional. She hired my 15 yr old daughter Aaliyah Johnson last month. My daughter was so excited about her 1st job. First of all it took your manager forever to get her in to watch video, finally she did that. Next everything with manager was through text. Every week my daughter would text manager and ask when can I start the manager I'm sick this weekend, next week my daughter text when can I start oh I'm short staffed everyone called in wouldn't you want someone that was eager to work to come in and help? The following week my daughter text when can I start I don't know. This manager told her she no longer need her..she never started. I hope this is not how your company handle business crushing young people that really want to work. My daughter is a very hard worker and does well in everything she does. I am sure she will find a company that will appreciate her work ethic for their company and customers.
