Jnt ampang keep my parcel for 4 days already. Before this, I received my parcel but the item was completely broken to pieces. I returned it then received a new one which was broken to pieces too. This is the third time and now they keep my parcel for days. Then what? I'll receive parcel with broken item for the third time? Clearly big fragile sticker around the big box with many bubble wrap and foam. But still receive broken item.
Desired outcome: Please do something about this. So many people complain about received broken items and missing items at this same jnt ampang
