I placed an order on Nov. of 2022. It’s now Feb. of 2023 and I still don’t have my flies. The order number is [protected] Placed on 2022-11-10. I’ve emailed, chatted, and submitted chat functions on their website. I keep getting strung along that the flies will be shipped next week but then there’s radio silence when I try to reach out about a tracking number. It was a really large order and I need a resolution.
Desired outcome: Receive the flies or get a refund
