This company is the worst to deal with. They won't reply to my countless emails. They sent me an order of flies originally and they were the wrong ones. They said they would send me my order and that it would be here by Christmas but it never arrived. I still haven't gotten anything and they won't respond to any of my emails. Terrible company. Don't waist your time and money.
Resolved by sending flies.
The same thing happened to me. After I charge I never answer again. I never delivered the merchandise

This outfit seems to be completely dishonest. I know many Kenyan people, I have never met a dishonest one like this before. He won't even communicate, so I guess I just threw my money away. I also did not have the flies I wanted for this season in Canada, (2021), so not only was I cheated out of money, my budget was therefore limited to purchase the flies I needed for two bucket list trips as I become a senior this year.
I made an order with JohnFlies Fly Tying Factory in February 2021. It is July 2021 and I have not received my order. I have all the transaction documentation showing that I have paid, and I have made about 10 inquiries via email, Whatsapp and using the message system withing the JohnFlies account. I have had absolutely no response from the owner, John Wanyonyi. The business has just taken my money and nothing else.
As as a result this business is not recommended. Use some other fly tying company.
Me too, loads of emails and promises of the order having been dispatched numerous times but it has never arrived. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY purchasing goods from these guys. I have emailed probably 100 times, and get the occasional reply saying that the goods will be dispatched next week, then another indicating that they are in the post and then another saying next Thursday and then another ... Lies, total lies. Scam at best. Its interesting that after I complain I get a load of spam for a week or so...
