Jomela Properties review: City Square Square Apts at 3104 W. Wells Street is not a good apartment building to move into

When I moved in at 3104 West Wells Street in Milwaukee, Wisconsin in 2019, Things were calm and cool when I was living in Apt 203, Until this black couple who lived in Apt 106 were always arguing and fighting all the time inside their apartment! This white lady who lived in Apt 206 the reason why she moved out in 2020 was, because it was getting bad inside that apartment building with black tenants were being nasty by dropping food in the front hallway floors, The black couple in Apt 106 were always arguing and fighting, She was sick, tired and fed up with the BS that happening in that apartment building!
When I was living there in 2020, This black female tenant who was living in Apt 303 was cooking bacon on top of her stove until she let it burn up and the 4th floor, 3rd floor and the 2nd floor hallways were full of smoke and the Milwaukee Fire Department came inside the apartment building with the hose, Somebody who lived in the building put out the fire with the fire extinguisher and The fire department left. After that incident happened Inside the apartment building, The black girl who lived in Apt 306 lit her candles, After she left her apartment with the candles lit, The candles were burning inside her apartment and It got caught on fire, The fire burned the wall and the balcony door inside her apartment, The firefighters came to put out the fire and The police department came to the apartment building to investigate the fire. The black girl tenant lied to all of the tenants and The police department about how the fire inside her apartment got started, She told everybody that somebody broke into her apartment and Set her apartment on fire! She moved out on that same date when the fire occured. Nobody did not break into her apartment and set her apartment on fire! After that second incident, I was sick, tired and fed up with the BS that was happening inside that apartment building! Me, My baby mama and my little daughter moved out of that apartment building Saturday Afternoon in 2020, Do not move into that apartment building at 3104 West Wells Street in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Because black tenants like do dumb, sick, twisted, stuff inside and outside that apartment building!
