Jomela Properties review: Don't take care of things at city square apts and yw villages

City Square Apts on 3104 West Wells Street in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, We lived in Apt 104, It was terrible, because the black tenants who lived in Apt 106 were always arguing, fighting and slamming doors loud! We reported them to the Jomela Property management and the management did not do nothing about them! That caused me and My daughter to move out and To move somewhere else. Jomela Property management don't take of things in their apartment buildings.Jomela is irresponsible and don't take of things at City Square Apartments and YW Villages located at 2803 West Kilbourn Ave in Milwaukee, Wisconsin! They Do not rent from Jomela Properties in the future! In 2018 Elena a white lady who worked at Jomela Properties until she quit. Maddie O' Malley who was showing apartments at YW Villages quit in 2017, because she was sick, tired and fed up with all the BS that was happening inside that apartment building! In March 2019 when Ryan Kautz apartment/property manger left Jomela Properties, The new white guy who is taking Ryan's place don't take care of things, All he does is work behind the desk and Work behind the computer! Apartment Manager Tyler Still and The maintenance people don't care of things at City Square Apts. A young black guy named Shawn who was a good co-worker at Jomela Properties until he quit, Because they worked him too hard! He was supposed to open up the City Squares Office, but he didn't, because he quit, because of Jomela's craziness and foolishness! Terry who lived in Apt 410 with Judith Lewandowski worked for Dave McFarland stopped working for Dave, because the black tenants complained about Terry not cleaning up the building enough! Terry said, He don't clean up after nobody, When they make a mess in the front hallway! Jomela needs to straighten up their act or They will lose tenants and lose money!
