J.R. Cigars review: Fraud - theft of funds

You can review multiple complaints online relating to JR Cigars taking consumers funds and not sending product OR processing refunds. They ignore complaints. Many complaints online of them stealing consumers' funds

7/2020: Ordered $100 gift cert
11/2020: Recipient tried to use the gift cert. Order never processed - sat pending for weeks on end. No response - no refund from customer service.
12/2020: Finally got a rep via the phone - learned the order was cancelled and JR Cigars wiped out the gift certificate. After an "OK" from a manager, the order was manually taken by phone and the gift cert was applied - or so I was told.
Nearly February now - No product ever received and JR Cigars will not refund the $100 I spent - they say they will and they never due. Theft - filing a fraud complaint and suing them.
Absolute criminals.
