Our roof guttering was leaking water onto the door porch when it rained.
JR completed a repair around 7 - 11/11/22 (Unsure of exact date) on our leaking guttering and were paid £100 (Cash).
The next time it rained the same issue occurred and water was still leaking and gashing water from the damaged gutter, in addition the leak was worse than it was before the so-called repair by JR had been completed.
I have tried to contact JR on numerous occasions as detailed below.
18/11/22 – WhatsApp to JR phone number on [protected] You did some guttering repairs a couple of weeks ago and the guttering is still leaking. Also, no 7 Ochilview are also trying to contact you with regards to issues with your work carried out on their roof and guttering on the same day. Can u pls arrange a visit.
22/11/22 – Phone call, JR agreed to arrange for another visit W/C 28/11/22 but did not turn up.
22/11/22 – WhatsApp as discussed, this morning, ref issue of guttering is still leaking at 5 Ochilview, Denny, FK6 5NQ.
01/12/22 - Are you still planning to get this guttering fixed?
03/12/22 - Email to - johnstone. [protected]@yahoo.com. Reference to the recent work carried out on the guttering at 5, Ochilview, Denny regarding guttering is still leaking and our telephone call on 22 Nov, you stated that you will revisit this next week to re do the work, please confirm what date you will be able to attend.
Although the WhatsApp messages to JR had not been responded to, they had a status of being read.
