JSI Specialty Roofing review: New roof

Mr Joe Squillante was hired to place a new roof on my building. Some months later the roof began to leak in my home. The building manager made many attempts to get Mr Squillante to come out and assess the leaks. After a few no shows and no apologies, he came and assessed the leaks in my home. As he was leaving, he said there are worse things I could be dealing with. He left without making any repairs. I received an email from him later that day saying he would be back and I should contact him if I have any leaks. After a couple more no shows, and no apologies for the no shows, he came back. He assessed the roof and said he knew where the leak was coming from. I kid you not, this roofer told me he could not fix the leaks because he didn't have a ladder. He left without making any repairs. Again, he sent me an email saying he would be back and I should notify him If it leaks. He never came back and I never heard from him regarding repair work. I can not recommend a contractor that lacks integrity. Always save all text and emails from contractors.
